摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a smoke tube boiler which can prevent leakage of mixed gas and exhaust gas through a gap between a mix chamber and an ignition bar assembly. To this end, the smoke tube boiler according to the present invention comprises: a mix chamber having a mixing space, in which a combustion gas and air are mixed, and a flat plate type burner, the mix chamber being disposed on the upper side of a combustion chamber; an ignition bar assembly assembled to pass through one side of the mix chamber and extending across the upper portion of the combustion chamber to the lower side of the flat plate type burner; and a sealing means for preventing the mixed gas in the mixing space and an exhaust gas in the combustion chamber from leaking to the outside through a gap between the mix chamber and the ignition bar assembly.

摘要: As a heat exchanger for a hot-water storage type gas boiler, the present invention provides an easily assembled stacked-up type heat exchanger eliminating the installation of a separate hot-water pipe so that the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger can be improved and the size thereof can be reduced. The stacked-up type heat exchanger comprises a bottom plate including one or more combustion gas flues for carrying combustion gas from a burner, a return heating-water outlet for collecting and delivering heating-water, and a cold-water inlet; a first plate disposed over the bottomplate; fourth plate disposed over the first plate; and a top plate disposed over the fourth plate.

摘要: A solid fuel burning device having a combustion chamber and a heat exchange chamber. The two chambers are joined by a tunnel composed of refractory material through which hot flue gases pass from the combustion chamber to the heat exchange chamber, causing the tunnel walls to be heated to the point of incandescence. As the flue gases pass through the tunnel there is a substantial reduction in uncombusted material by pyrolysis. The tunnel has an outside wall adopted to transmit energy by radiation.

摘要: A water heater comprises an elongated vessel having a heat exchanger that occupies a substantial portion at one end and leaves a minimum volume storage and blending zone at the other end of the vessel. Water is recirculated through the heat exchanger, preferably continuously, through a recirculation conduit that takes water through its inlet essentially solely from the outlet end of the heat exchange zone and returns it to the inlet end, the intake of the recirculation conduit being located at the lower end of the volume storage and immediately above an apertured partition extending across the interior of the vessel immediately above the heat exchanger. The temperature sensor of the control thermostat is received within a tunnel secured to the partition. The tunnel has two side outlet openings away from the aperture so that the thermostat is always subject to the hottest water just above the heat exchanger for fast and accurate control of the heating fluid on failure of the circulating pump.

摘要: A circulating liquid heated heating system in which a boiler is connected to a conduit system having an outlet for heated liquid leading to the conduit system and an inlet for liquid returned from the conduit system. A heating space in the boiler has a closed upper end and an open lower end in communication with the return liquid, and a heating means extends into or through the heating space, whereby liquid in the heating space is heated and converted to steam. The steam forces liquid out of the heating space and into the outlet from the boiler to the conduit system. The lowering of the liquid level in the heating space cools and condenses the steam in the heating space, thereby reducing the pressure to a pressure below the pressure of return liquid to the inlet. Liquid from the inlet then raises the level of liquid in the heating space, the liquid volume of the boiler is increased, the sound level of the system is reduced and the risk of overheating is reduced by surrounding the heating space with a liquid containing vessel and interposing an insulating layer between at least the upper portion of the heating space and the body of liquid. Because of the high efficiency of the boiler, the boiler can be combined with tube sets laterally displaced from the boiler and having additional heating units between each unit.
