摘要: Technical solutions are described for power management in permanent magnet synchronous machines. An example system includes a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and a motor control system that limits supply current and regenerative current of the PMSM. The limiting includes receiving a torque command and generating a corresponding current command for generating an amount of torque based on the torque command. Further, the limiting includes determining an estimated battery current that is drawn corresponding to the current command. Further, in response to the estimated battery current exceeding a threshold, a modified torque command is generated, and a modified current command corresponding to the modified torque command is also generated. The modified current command is used to cause the PMSM to generate the amount of torque.

摘要: An engine control system includes an engine, crankshaft, and a flywheel. The flywheel is coupled to the crankshaft of the engine and includes a number of magnets arranged axially along a first side. The system further includes a printed circuit board including a number of coils integrated into the circuit board. The printed circuit board is positioned such that a first face of the printed circuit board is positioned parallel to the first side of the flywheel. Power is generated by the flywheel rotating and causing the magnetic fields associated with the magnets to induce a current though the coils integrated into the printed circuit board.

摘要: The present invention relates to a circuit arrangement having an active rectifier circuit, in particular on a secondary side of an inductive energy transmission path. The circuit arrangement has a half or full bridge of power transistors for rectifying an AC voltage induced in an input inductor of the circuit arrangement. The power transistors are connected to the input inductor in such a way that an auxiliary voltage is split off from the induced AC voltage for switching the power transistors. As a result, even large currents, which result in a low output voltage, can be transmitted without endangering the operation of the rectifier circuit.

摘要: A power tool includes: a motor including a rotor and multiple phases of stator windings; and a control circuit configured to control the working state of the motor. The control circuit includes: a driver circuit including multiple switching elements; a controller electrically connected to at least the driver circuit and capable of outputting a control signal to change the conducting states of the multiple switching elements in the driver circuit; and a parameter detection module configured to detect a working parameter of the motor. In response to a braking signal, the controller sets an input parameter of the control circuit according to a preset parameter and the working parameter to control output power of the motor and/or output torque of the motor, thereby controlling the motor to brake.

The method also includes determining an estimated permanent magnet (PM) flux linkage in the PMSM based on the estimated motor current of the PMSM; determining a BEMF correction term based on the estimated PM flux linkage; and determining an estimated rotor flux space vector based on the estimated BEMF and the BEMF correction term.
