    摘要: A driving device includes a motor and a gearbox. The gearbox includes a sun gear, planetary gears surrounding and meshing with the sun gear, and an internal ring gear surrounding and meshing with the planetary gears. The motor is a single phase motor. The sun gear is integrally formed with a rotary shaft of the motor. A power tool is also disclosed which includes the driving device, a rotatable working head driven by the driving device, and a striking unit disposed between the driving device and the working head. By integrating the sun gear and the motor rotary shaft to form an integral gear shaft, the number of the teeth of the sun gear can be reduced to five or less. Therefore, the transmission ratio of the gearbox can be effectively increased without changing the maximum geometric outer diameter.

    摘要: A fluid driving device, a motor assembly and a friction clutch thereof are disclosed. The friction clutch includes: a fixing member fixed on a rotary shaft; a connecting member slidable disposed on the rotary shaft, wherein when the rotary shaft starts rotating, an axial distance between the connecting member and the fixing member changes such that a friction force between the fixing member and the connecting member increases until the connecting member rotates synchronously with the fixing member; a loading member slidable disposed on the rotary shaft, the loading member and the connecting member being circumferentially positioned; and a restoring member configured to reduce an amount of change of the axial distance between the fixing member and the connecting member when the rotary shaft stops rotating.

    摘要: A single phase permanent magnet motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator. The stator includes a stator core and a winding wound around the stator core. The rotor includes a rotor core and a plurality of permanent magnetic poles. The stator core includes at least one first stator core lamination and at least one second stator core lamination stacked with the first stator core lamination. Inner structures of the first stator core lamination and the second stator core lamination are different. This structure reduces motor's vibration and noise, avoids possible startup dead point and improves the motor startup reliability.

    摘要: A permanent magnet motor and a power tool are provided. The permanent magnet motor includes an excition and an armature. One of the excition and armature comprises a first magnetic core with permanent magnet members embedded therein. The permanent magnet members are arranged along a circumferential direction of the first magnetic core, such that an inner circumferential surface of the first magnetic core forms a plurality of magnetic poles with alternative polarities. The other of the excition and armature comprises a second magnetic core and windings. The second magnetic core is received in the first magnetic core and comprises teeth with the windings wound therearound. The embedded construction prevents the permanent magnet members from becoming disengaged from the magnetic core. A stronger magnetic pole can be formed by mutual induction of the permanent magnet members and the magnetic core, which increases the power density of the motor.
