Abstract: Operating a host vehicle is described as including receiving remote vehicle information indicating a geospatial state and a kinematic state for a remote vehicle, identifying host vehicle information indicating a geospatial state and a kinematic state for the host vehicle, determining a converging time to a converging location within a vehicle transportation network based on the remote vehicle information and the host vehicle information, identifying a first threshold at which a fixed deceleration of the host vehicle to the converging location is achieved using a reaction delay of an operator of the host vehicle, wherein the first threshold is a step-wise function based on the kinematic state of the host vehicle, and modifying operation of the host vehicle responsive to the converging time reaching the first threshold. A method, vehicle, and apparatus are described.

Abstract: A vehicle seat strap retaining assembly includes a seat cushion section, a seatback section, a strap retaining clip and a strap attachment structure. The seatback section is attached to the seat cushion, the seatback section having a passenger's back supporting surface and an upper end surface. The strap retaining clip is attached to a rear surface of the seatback section. The strap attachment structure is rigidly fixed to one of the seat cushion section and the seatback section beneath the upper end surface. Abstract: A vehicle air conditioning system is configured to cool a passenger compartment having a first zone and a second zone. An air handler has a recirculation door movable from a first position in which only fresh air from outside the vehicle enters the air handler and a second position in which only recirculation air from the first zone enters the air handler. A controller is connected to the first sensor, the recirculation door and a control panel. The controller is configured such that in response to the control panel being set to: provide cooling only to the second zone; the recirculation door being set to provide fresh air; and a first sensor's conditions being meet, the controller changes the setting of the recirculation door from fresh air to recirculated air to the air handler over-riding a manual setting of the position of the recirculation door.
