摘要: Image-receiving paper for thermal sublimable dye transfer comprises a polymer film or paper and an image-receiving layer which is laminated thereon and which contains as a releasing agent the product of reaction between an oxyalkylene oligomer having reactive groups and a low-molecular weight compound having reactive groups, for example, a silane coupling agent. The image-receiving paper exhibits good release properties during printing, a high print density and no fading and yellowing after printing.

摘要: A polyurethane containing a metal phthalocyanine in the main chain is a novel compound and can be divided into two groups; one of which is a linear polymer and the other of which is a cross-linked polymer. This substance is useful as a redox catalyst due to the peculiar properties of the metal phthalocyanine. The polyurethane can be prepared by reacting a metal phthalocyanine polycarboxylic acid with thionyl chloride to obtain a metal phthalocyanine polycarboxylic acid polychloride; synthesizing a metal phthalocyanine polyhydroxy ester from the metal phthalocyanine polycarboxylic acid polychloride and a diol: HO--R.sup.1 --OH through a dehydrochlorination; and then addition-condensation-polymerizing the resulting metal phthalocyanine polyhydroxy ester, a diol: HO--R.sup.2 --OH and a diisocyanate. The polyurethane containing a metal phthalocyanine in the main chain is dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a stock solution for spinning and the stock solution is spun according to a wet spinning technique to give a polyurethane fiber comprising the polyurethane containing a metal phthalocyanine in the main chain.

摘要: A system for transporting roving bobbins in a cyclic manner between roving frames (1), spinning frames (2) and a residual roving clear-off process, in which the roving bobbins are transported by a carrier (7) driven by a tractor (14) along a main rail (3) arranged to form an endless loop and working rails (4, 5, 6) branched from the main rail (3). Dogs (28, 29, 30) for representing the respective frame address or the respective working rail address are disposed on the main rail (3) and detected by a sensor (34, 35, 36) mounted on the tractor (14). A station (68, 69, 70) is disposed in the inlet area of the roving and spinning processes for transmitting a command issued from a central control unit (71) supervising the system to the tractor (14). The command is prepared in accordance with information regarding the conditions of the tractor (14) and of the respective frames (1, 2) and working rails (4, 5, 6) and includes information regarding the frame address and/or the working rail address requiring the transportation of a carrier (7).

摘要: A lay-up apparatus lays first and second strips of tape 101, 102 on top of two electrodes 5, 6 deposited on a photovoltaic device panel 1. The strips of tape are unwound by first and second grippers 112, 122 and cut to predetermined lengths by first and second cutters 113, 123. The cut strips of tape are laid one on top of the other and transported by rotatable moving means 130. The moving means 130 rotates in opposite directions when laying the strips of tape it holds from the electrode 5 toward the electrode 6 and when laying the strips of tape from the electrode 6 toward the electrode 5, while using one end of the strips of tape as a reference and keeping constant the relative positions of the reference end of the strips of tape and that electrode which is nearest the reference end.

摘要: The present invention provides an inspection apparatus for a photovoltaic devices which electrifies the photovoltaic devices in a forward direction thereof to make the photovoltaic devices emit electro-luminescence light and which has a simple-structured and cheap darkroom. Also the present invention provides a transport apparatus, which transports the stacked constituent members of the photovoltaic devices in the pre-laminated state to the inspection apparatus without the positional deviation among the constituent members of the photovoltaic devices. The inspection apparatus for a photovoltaic devices includes: a darkroom 110 having an opening (or a transparent plate) 112 in an upper surface thereof; supporting means provided on an upper surface 111 of the darkroom for disposing an inspection-object; a camera 120 provided inside the darkroom 110; and a shading cover that prevents light from entering the darkroom from the opening and from a gap in a boundary between the opening 112 and the photovoltaic devices disposed on the supporting means. The inspection apparatus has a transport apparatus for transporting stacked constituent members of a photovoltaic devices in a pre-laminated state to the inspection apparatus. The transport apparatus has endlessly connected transport members with wall portions lower than the thickness dimension of a transparent substrate that is a constituent member a photovoltaic devices to be transported. The constituent members of the photovoltaic devices are transported and guided by the transport members provided in a pair (in two rows) symmetrically relative to the direction of transportation, so as to prevent positional deviation among the constituent members during transporting.
