    摘要: An electric control valve for a coolant compressor comprises a valve housing, an electric actuating drive, a valve body displaceable by the electric actuating drive between a first position and a second position inside the valve housing, a position sensor determining a position of the valve body, a suction-pressure sensor, and a control system. The control system is adapted to control a coolant flow from a high-pressure region into a crankcase-chamber-pressure region of the coolant compressor by controlling the position of the valve body via the electric actuating drive based on the suction pressure received from the suction-pressure sensor. The control system moves the valve body to the first position to connect the high-pressure region and the crankcase-chamber-pressure region if the suction pressure is below a predetermined threshold.

    摘要: A battery module includes a plurality of battery cells and a cover assembly coupled to the battery cells. The battery cells are arranged in a stacked configuration. The cover assembly includes a housing, bus bars, and a temperature monitoring assembly. The bus bars engage corresponding positive and negative cell terminals of the battery cells to electrically connect adjacent battery cells. The temperature monitoring assembly is mounted to and extends along a mounting surface of the cover assembly that faces the battery cells. The temperature monitoring assembly includes an electrical cable, a temperature sensing device mounted to and electrically connected to the electrical cable, and a thermally conductive interface member covering the temperature sensing device. The thermally conductive interface member engages at least one of the battery cells, and the temperature monitoring assembly monitors a temperature of that at least one battery cell.

    摘要: A control valve for an air conditioning compressor is disclosed. The control valve comprises a control piston, an electric motor, a sensor, and a control unit. The control piston connects a refrigerant flow between a high-pressure area and a crankcase pressure area of the air conditioning compressor in a first position. The control piston further connects the refrigerant flow between the crankcase pressure area and a low-pressure area of the air conditioning compressor in a second position. The electric motor moves the control piston between the first position and the second position. The sensor determines the position of the control piston. The control unit is connected to the sensor and the electric motor. The control unit controls the electric motor to move the control piston and control the refrigerant flow based on the position of the control piston determined by the sensor.
