    摘要: Methods and systems for detecting a player in a gaming environment using a mobile device are disclosed. The methods and systems perform the steps of receiving calibration data from a camera of a user device, the calibration data comprising a first reference point associated with the gaming environment, a second reference point associated with the gaming environment, and sensor data associated with the user device; computing a camera projection based on the first reference point, the second reference point, and the sensor data obtained from the user device; receiving an input video of the gaming environment, wherein the input video is captured using the camera, and wherein frames of the input video comprise at least one player in the gaming environment; identifying an image location of the player by performing a computer vision algorithm on the input video; and determining a real-world location of the player based on the image location and the camera projection.

    摘要: Methods and systems of creating and ordering a photobook via a display of a space constrained mobile device are disclosed. A photobook is produced by dragging and dropping of photos, pages, or spreads, thus creating user-desired pairing arrangements of photos, pages, or spreads. In one embodiment, a method comprises selecting photos via a touch interface of a mobile device, creating a page-preview of a photobook at the touch interface, providing book customization options by using dragging and dropping features, and creating a book-preview of said photobook after said book customization options have been performed, thereby displaying a virtual manifestation of a printable and deliverable book. The invention reduces friction points to purchase, and increases user satisfaction with the photobook creation and customization process.

    摘要: Methods and systems for generating spherical game videos for virtual reality (VR) streaming and replay are disclosed. The method, when executed by a processor, comprises first recording game environment around a virtual camera array inserted into a source computer game that lacks spherical video output, using a first subset of virtual cameras within the virtual camera array. Next, receiving game metadata of a source game play of the source game, configuring a local game play according to the received game metadata, recording a video of the local game play using a second subset of virtual cameras, wherein the second subset of virtual cameras is not equal to the first subset of virtual cameras, and generating a spherical video from the recorded game environment and the recorded local game play. The present invention aids the mass adoption of VR technology by easily generating VR content from existing computer games.

    摘要: Methods and systems for processing computer game videos for virtual reality replay are disclosed. The method, when executed by a processor, comprises first receiving a video recorded using a virtual camera array during a game play of a source computer game. Next, upscaling the received video to a higher resolution, and interpolating neighboring video frames of the upscaled video for insertion into the upscaled video at a server. Finally, generating a spherical video from the interpolated video for replay in a virtual reality environment. The virtual camera array includes multiple virtual cameras each facing a different direction, and the video is recorded at a frame rate and a resolution lower than those of the source computer game. The spherical videos are provided on a video sharing platform. The present invention solves the chicken-and-egg problem of mass adoption of virtual reality technology by easily generating VR content from existing computer games.
