    摘要: A scanning endoscope processor, comprising a photoelectric converter and a controller, is provided. The scanning endoscope processor controls a scanning endoscope having first and second transmitters and an actuator. The photoelectric converter receives light transmitted from the second transmitter and generates a pixel signal according to the amount of light received. The second transmitter transmits reflected light and/or fluorescence from a point within an observation area illuminated by the light emitted from a first emission end. The first transmitter emits the light as a beam from the first emission end. The actuator moves the first emission end along a spiral course. The controller adjusts at least one of a first angular velocity and a generation cycle so that the product of the first angular velocity, the generation cycle, and a first distance is within a predetermined range.

The actuator moves the first emission end in a direction perpendicular to an emission direction. The mirror is arranged from the first emission end to the first direction. The mirror comprises a through-part and a reflection surface. The radiant light emitted from the first emission end passes through the through-part when the first emission end is within a first circumference. The reflection surface reflects the radiant light emitted from the first emission end toward the observation area around the first straight line when the first emission end is outside of the first circumference.

    摘要: An endoscope system comprises a light source, a light sensor, a signal processor, a video-signal generator, and a switcher. The light source emits red light including a first wavelength, green light including a second wavelength, and blue light including a third wavelength. The light sensor receives the light of the light source. The signal processor obtains a red signal based on the red light, a green signal based on the green light, and a blue signal based on the blue light. The video-signal generator generates video signal based on the red, green, and blue signals. The switcher switches between a first switching state and a second switching state. The red, green, and blue signals are output to the video-signal generator in the first switching state. The green and blue signals are output to the video-signal generator in the second switching state.

    摘要: An electronic endoscope has a video-scope with an image sensor, a light source that emits illuminating-light to illuminate an object, an image sensor driver, a luminance detector, one rotary shutter, and a brightness adjuster. The luminance detector detects a luminance of an object image on the basis of image-pixel signals read from the image sensor. The rotary shutter has a light-transmitting portion that transmits the illuminating light, and a shield portion that blocks the illuminating light. The brightness adjuster controls the rotary shutter to adjust an irradiation-interval of the illuminating-light in accordance with a charge accumulation interval. The brightness adjuster shifts a rotation-phase of the rotary shutter by changing a rotation-speed on the basis of the detected luminance, so as to maintain a brightness of the object image at a proper brightness.

    摘要: An electronic endoscope system for observing living tissues inside a body cavity includes an illuminating apparatus having a white light source emitting white light and an excitation light source emitting excitation light, an electronic endoscope including an insertion part to be inserted into the body cavity, an imaging device that receives an optical image and outputs image signals corresponding to the optical image, an image forming system that forms the optical image, an operating pant provided at a rear anchor of the insertion part, and a plurality of operable members arranged at the operating part, a display device, an image processing system that receives the image signals outputted from the imaging device, the image processing system obtaining a normal image when the living tissues are illuminated with the white light and a fluorescence image when the living tissues are irradiated with the excitation light, and a control system that controls the whole of the electronic endoscope system. The control system assigns a function to one of the plurality of operable members for switching between a normal mode for observing the normal image and a fluorescence mode for observing the fluorescence image. The control system assigns different functions between the normal mode and fluorescence mode to at least one of the others of the plurality of operable members.

    摘要: In an organ-region-indication system incorporated in an electronic endoscope system in which an endoscope image is displayed as a motion image on a monitor in accordance with a video signal produced therein, an organ-region-image data base is formed based on an organ map. A plurality of reference data indicating organ-regions and a plurality of image data representing the organ-region are correspondingly stored in the data base. Still image data is retrieved as referential image data from the video signal at suitable regular time intervals. The data base is searched for image data which coincides with the referential image data after the retrieval of the still image data. Corresponding reference data is displayed on the monitor only when the image data, which coincides with the referential image data, is found by the searching.

Further, the stop mechanism includes a shaft and a stop blade rotatably supported on the shaft and being disposed in the optical path such that the quantity of light passing thereby is varied by rotating the blade. The sensing device includes an arc-shaped plate fixed to the shaft and having a radius which varies in proportion to the change in arc angle, and a sensor having an opening for receiving the circumferential edge of the arc-shaped plate to sense the amount of light which passes through the opening.
