    摘要: The present invention provides an electronic eyewear viewing device including a display module having a microdisplay for viewing images. The microdisplay can have an exit window aligned along a first lateral axis L1. The display module can have a pivot joint along a second lateral axis L2 parallel to and spaced apart a distance from the first lateral axis L1. The display module can be rotatable about the pivot joint. A lateral position adjustment screw can be mounted and rotatably secured to the display module for laterally adjusting position of the display module. A rotational position adjustment screw can be mounted along a transverse axis that is transverse to the second lateral axis L2 and rotatably secured to the display module at a location offset from the second lateral axis L2 for adjusting rotational position of the display module about the pivot joint along the second lateral axis L2. The distance that the exit window of the microdisplay along the first lateral axis L1 is spaced apart from the pivot point and the second lateral axis L2 providing a larger radius of rotation for the exit window than if the exit window was positioned along the second lateral axis L2.

    摘要: Systems and methods are described to automatically balance acoustic channel sensitivity. A long-term power level of a main acoustic signal is calculated to obtain an averaged main acoustic signal. Segments of the main acoustic signal are excluded from the averaged main acoustic signal using a desired voice activity detection signal. A long-term power level of a reference acoustic signal is calculated to obtain an averaged reference acoustic signal. Segments of the reference acoustic signal are excluded from the averaged reference acoustic signal using a desired voice activity detection signal. An amplitude correction signal is created using the averaged main acoustic signal and the averaged reference acoustic signal.

    摘要: The invention presented relates to wireless handsfree head worn headset computing devices including a microdisplay device and spatially diverse antenna system. The spatially diverse antenna system provides an effective headset computing device radiation pattern that enables arbitrary user movement and promotes freedom of mobility. Disclosed is a headset computing device including a head worn frame having a profile relatively low in height with respect to a user's head, the user's head creating a RF shadow region along the headset profile by blocking line-of-sight RF propagation paths, the headset includes two or more antennas integrated with the headset frame to sufficiently maintained its low profile. Each antenna has a radiation pattern and are collectively arranged to form an omnidirectional radiation pattern, where at least a first radiation pattern provides coverage in the line-of-sight propagation path while the at least second radiation antenna pattern is in the RF shadow region.

The method and system enables an end-user to select sections of text without requiring use of a mouse cursor control input device.
