摘要： An operation assuring structure of an electronic circuit board in a connector for the electronic circuit board including an insert plate portion disposed on an end portion of an electronic circuit board and adapted to be inserted into a receiving port of a connector, a plurality of signal electronic pads arranged on a surface of the insert plate portion, and a plurality of signal contacts disposed within the receiving port of the connector and adapted to be contacted to the signal electrode pads, wherein a cut-off grounding contact, which is not conductive to the electronic circuit board, is interposed between the signal contacts within the receiving port, and the cut-off grounding contact has a length dimension enough to extend in parallel to the signal contacts and to interpose a distal end thereof between the signal electrode pads on the insert plate portion.

The card-in type shield connector includes a contact element disposed within a flat and thin insulative case into which a memory card can be withdrawably inserted, and a card ejection mechanism disposed within the flat and thin insulative case and adapted to eject the memory card from inside the flat and thin insulative case. An outer surface of the flat and thin insulative case is shielded by a shield plate.

摘要： A memory card is to be inserted into an electronic device so as to add a memory function. The memory card comprises a parent card and a child card, the child card including a semiconductor memory element and a lead as an external terminal of the memory element. The parent card includes a child card receiving portion and a child card insert port for inserting the child card into the child card receiving portion through the child card insert port, and a contact to be contacted with the lead of the child card within the child card receiving portion. A contact opening/closing slide plate is provided for causing a contacting portion of the contact to be shifted to a position in which it can contact with the lead while moving in the child card insert direction pushed by the child card. The parent card also includes a connector element for contacting with the electronic device.

摘要： An electrolyte for electrochromic elements which comprises an electrolytic base material to conduct ions and charge-controlling substances contained in the electrolytic base material. The electrolytic base material is composed of a polar organic solvent and a supporting electrolyte and the charge-controlling substance is at least one of oxidizable substances and reducible substances. This electrolyte enables to produce durable electrochromic elements which can balance the charges in both electrodes and avoid a residual color or an uneven color of coloring materials.

摘要： An electrochromic element including a pair of electrochromic bases is provided. Each electrochromic base is defined by a substrate, an electrode layer disposed on the substrate, and a color-forming layer disposed on the electrode layer. The electrochromic bases are superposed such that their respective color-forming layers face each other. A solid electrolyte of ultraviolet-setting type is disposed between the color-forming layers of the electrochromic bases. The method of manufacturing the electrochromic element and the method of driving the same are also disclosed.

摘要： The solid electrochromic element of this invention is to be used for various types of dimmers and displays, and comprises a pair of electrode layers, an oxidation color-developing layer, an ion-donating layer and a reduction color-developing layer laminated one upon another on a substrate. In the manufacture of this type of electrochromic element, the pair of electrode layers and the ion-donating layer are formed by the ion plating technique.The dimmers of this invention for automotive sun roof, side-watching window and glare-free mirror each contains an electrochromic element manufactured by the process mentioned above. The light transmittance of the sun roof and side-watching window, as well as the intensity of reflecting light at the glare-free mirror, are appropriately controlled according to the conditions of their use by application of a variable voltage across the two electrode layers of the electrochromic element.
