    摘要： Disclosed in this specification is a method and composition for producing a coating of a poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) resin from an acetone-based solution. The solution includes a coating facilitator with terpineol and/or tertbutyl acetate. The coating facilitator also includes a second compound with a boiling point of at least 100° C. that acts to promote the solubility of the PVC resin. Also disclosed is an acetone-based solvent system that includes an additive selected from a terpene, diacetone alcohol and t-butyl acetate.

The frosting ink layer is present at a coating weight of from about 2 to about 15 grams per square meter and it contains from about 15 to about 94.5 weight percent of a solid, volatilizable carbonaceous binder, from about 5 to about 75 weight percent of a film-forming glass flux, and at least about 0.5 weight percent of opacifying agent.

C. and having no or only slight acidity; andb) an acidic material containing at least 0.0007 meq/m.sup.2 of acid; the a) and/or b) having incorporated therein a plasticizer containing:(i) at least the following groups in the order given:E--Q--X--A wherein Q is a carbonyl or sulfonyl;X is N or O;E is an aromatic ring; andA is an alkyl or oxyalky group having up to 5 consecutive carbon atoms; or(ii) a phosphate group having at least one aromatic ring attached thereto;said plasticizer being present in an amount of up to about 25 weight percent of the polymer.
