摘要： A computer program product stored in a computing device has a processor and a communication interface to determine cooling specifications of a remote housing. The computer program product includes a machine-readable storage medium and machine-readable program code, stored on the machine-readable storage medium. The machine readable program code includes instructions, which when executed, to cause the processor, via the communication interface set a speed of a fan within the remote housing, set an alarm condition for the fan within the remote housing, set a temperature threshold for the fan within the remote housing, capture the cooling specifications of the fan for the remote housing, the cooling specification including a measured temperature; and increase the speed of the fan if the temperature threshold is exceeded.

The method thus enables for reduction of false positive results in the p16INK4a based detection of anogenital lesions in cytological testing procedures.

摘要： This invention relates to a rail for the compliant supporting of a mesh in the region of a double mesh zone of a double mesh section of a machine for producing a fibrous web, including a movable head rail, which extends transverse to the running direction of the mesh and over which the mesh slides at least in some regions during operation of the machine, a movable bearer rail, which is rigidly connected to the movable head rail and extends likewise transverse to the running direction of the mesh and is guided in a fixed structure, a fixed guide rail, which is rigidly arranged in the fixed structure and extends in turn transverse to the running direction of the mesh, a compliant pressing apparatus, which is arranged between the movable bearer rail and the fixed guide rail in order to move the movable bearer rail together with the moveable head rail between a resting position and an operating position in which the movable head rail can be pressed with a selectable force onto the mesh, and a compliant return apparatus for moving the movable bearer rail together with the movable head rail from the operating position to the resting position and for holding the two rails in the resting position. The compliant return apparatus has, spread over the length of the movable bearer rail, several movable return hoops which at the one end can be made to engage at least temporarily with the movable bearer rail and at the other end can be loaded at least temporarily by at least one return element respectively arranged between the fixed guide rail and the movable return hoop.

摘要： Methods and devices for the measurement of molecular binding interactions. Preferred embodiments provide real-time measurements of kinetic binding and disassociation of molecules including binding and disassociation of protein molecules with other protein molecules and with other molecules. In preferred embodiments ligands are immobilized within pores of a porous silicon interaction region produced in a silicon substrate, after which analytes suspended in a fluid are flowed over the porous silicon region. Binding reactions occur when analyte molecules diffuse closely enough to the ligands to become bound. Preferably the binding and subsequent disassociation reactions are observed utilizing a white light source and thin film interference techniques with spectrometers arranged to detect changes in indices of refraction in the region where the binding and disassociation reactions occur. In preferred embodiments both ligands and analytes are delivered by computer controlled robotic fluid flow control techniques to the porous silicon interaction regions through microfluidic flow channels.
