    Abstract: This disclosure provides a scheduling transmission method and an apparatus. According to the method, a scheduling priority of a terminal is determined based on an instantaneous rate of the terminal and a service type of a first service of the terminal, and the first service is transmitted with the terminal based on the scheduling priority of the terminal.     Abstract: Disclosed are a communications method and device. The method includes: sending, by a network device, configuration information to a terminal device; determining, by the terminal device, channel state information CSI measurement behavior and/or CSI feedback related information, where the channel state information CSI measurement behavior and/or the CSI feedback related information are/is related to the configuration information; and performing, by the terminal device, CSI measurement based on the configuration information and the CSI measurement behavior and/or the CSI feedback related information, to obtain at least one piece of CSI, and sending all or some of the at least one piece of CSI to the network device.     Abstract: This application provides a wireless communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes a terminal device receives a data frame from a second device by using a first device, and notifies the first device when the terminal device determines that a communication data block from the first device is not successfully received. After determining a protocol data packet corresponding to the communication data block, the first device notifies the second device that the first protocol data packet is not successfully transmitted.     Abstract: This application provides a method and device for determining antenna port quasi co-location QCL. The method includes: generating, by a network device, downlink control information DCI, where the DCI includes QCL indication information, the QCL indication information is used to indicate one of a plurality of pieces of combination information, and first combination information in the plurality of pieces of combination information is used to indicate a QCL relationship between a DMRS antenna port and a CSI-RS antenna port; and sending, by the network device, the DCI to a terminal device. Therefore, in embodiments of this application, the terminal device can determine the QCL relationship between the DMRS antenna port and the CSI-RS antenna port based on the DCI, thereby resolving a problem in the prior art and improving network performance.
