Abstract: A mobility management processing method includes: receiving, by an SMF network element, a data notification message that includes a PDU session identifier and that is sent by a UPF network element, and determining, based on the PDU session identifier, a session and SSC mode corresponding to the PDU session identifier and/or a service area of the UPF network element, where the UPF network element is a network element that establishes a PDU session corresponding to the PDU session identifier; determining a paging area based on the SSC mode and/or the service area of the UPF network element; and sending a first message including the paging area to an AMF network element, where the first message is used to trigger the AMF network element to page, in the paging area, a terminal that establishes the PDU session by using the UPF network element.

A network device dynamically configures a grouped RFSP of a user based on information such as access network user plane congestion information without a need to modify subscription information of UE, selects, based on a user type and a service type, different networks/frequency bands/cells to control camping or handover, and instructs, by identifying a cell location, the user to select a frequency, to control congestion or the like.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method and a host machine, so that when a host machine cannot directly connect to the Internet, a virtual terminal can still connect to a mobile network. This extends an application scope of the virtual terminal. The host machine obtains a first network address of a physical terminal, where the physical terminal has started to establish a connection or has established a connection to the mobile network; and the host machine sets a second network address of the virtual terminal to the first network address, so that the virtual terminal sends data to the mobile network by using the first network address and/or receives, by using the first network address, data sent by the mobile network. The virtual terminal runs on the host machine.

The method, the apparatus, and the system can be applied to a mobile communication system.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, device, and system for scheduling a data flow, which are used to improve the processing efficiency. A network side device marks a priority of a subsequent uplink and/or downlink data flow of a UE corresponding to a downlink data packet in the downlink data packet, and enables a downstream node to schedule an access network resource or air interface resource according to the priority. Therefore, a bearer does not need to be modified during the process of distinguishing different service flows and performing differentiation scheduling on different service flows, thereby reducing the workload and improving the processing efficiency.
