The brake disc and the caliper can be displaced in relation to each other, and the caliper is fixed to the axle shaft on at least two fixing plates extending preferably from the axle shaft in different directions, at at least respectively one fixing point. The axle shaft is characterized by the arrangement, especially the orientation and/or embodiment, of the fixing plates, and the fixing points of the caliper or of an optional brake carrier on the fixing plates, which is selected in such a way that there is either no displacement of the fixing points on the fixing plates or a parallel displacement of the fixing points on both fixing plates perpendicularly to the brake disc.

    摘要: A pneumatic disc brake has a caliper which straddles a brake disc, brake pads pressable against the brake disc, wherein a brake-application-side brake pad can be actuated by a brake lever of a brake application device pivotable about an eccentric axis. Against the end side, the brake lever bears a brake ram which is coupled at the other side to the brake pad or to a guide plate coupled thereto. Two pressure rams are aligned in the same direction and spaced apart from the brake ram. The pressure rams are connected in each case to the caliper and to the brake pad or to the guide plate and have a self-energizing device. The caliper has spherical-cap-shaped bearing receptacles in which rest corresponding plain bearing elements, by which the brake lever, and the pressure rams are supported on the caliper.

    摘要: A disc brake includes a brake caliper which engages over a brake disc and which has a caliper head and a caliper back connected thereto by tension struts. Brake pads are received in the brake caliper, are radially secured by a retaining bracket that extends in the axial direction of the brake disc, and can be forced against both sides of the brake disc. The disc brake further includes a measuring device which is connected to an evaluation unit for determining the brake application force and which is designed such that the measuring device has two base elements that can be displaced relative each other in the direction of brake application, one of the elements being a sensor and the other being a corresponding element actively connected thereto. One base element is arranged on the retaining bracket which is clamped on one side of the caliper head or on the caliper back and the other base element is arranged on the brake caliper on the side opposite the side on which the retaining bracket is clamped.

The disc brake is equipped with an application device which has two pressure plungers. By way of a force-absorbing connection between the pressure plungers and the facing surface of the brake pad carrier plate, a bridge is relieved of bending stresses. The end faces of the pressure plungers and at least the contact faces of the facing brake pad carrier plate are provided with profilings, which engage into one another in a form-fitting manner, such that at least in the event of full-load braking, each brake pad is moved in the peripheral direction.

The application movement of the brake lining to the brake disk is resolvable into at least one parallel movement component and at least one movement component extending one of tangentially and perpendicularly relative to the brake disk rotational axis. The brake also includes at least one electric motor drive for actuating the brake application unit, which has a crank with a crank pin extending parallel to the brake disk axis and serving to move the brake lining unit tangentially with respect to the brake disk, parallel to the friction face of the brake disk.

The brake lever bears against a bearing ball which is arranged above the bearing element in the direction of the plunger engagement point, which bearing ball is positioned in a brake ram coupled to the brake pad.
