    摘要: A method is provided to deposit niobium monoxide gates. An elemental metal target, or a composite niobium monoxide target is provided within a sputtering chamber. A substrate with gate dielectric, for example silicon dioxide or a high-k gate dielectric, is provided in the sputtering chamber. The sputtering power and oxygen partial pressure within the chamber is set to deposit a film comprising niobium monoxide, without excess amounts of elemental niobium, NbO2 insulator, or Nb2O5 insulator. The deposition method may be incorporated into a standard CMOS fabrication process, or a replacement gate CMOS process.

Multiple optical channels can be provided within the housing to analyze UV/VIS/near infrared (NIR), short-wavelength infrared (SWIR), mid-wavelength infrared (MWIR), and LWIR wavelength ranges respectively.

    摘要: A composite marine bacterial liquid for the synergic degradation of high-molecular-weight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (HMW PAHs) and the preparation method thereof. The composite marine bacterial liquid is generated by mixing the fermented culture liquid of a stain of Cycloclasticus sp. PY97M and a stain of Marinobacter sp. D15-8W, the cell concentration of each is 107-109 CFU/mL. The preparation method includes: inoculating the seed liquid of Cycloclasticus strains and Marinobacter strains individually into the sodium acetate medium or M8 medium, fermenting under the condition of defoaming by flowing addition of defoamer, and mixing the fermented cultures to obtain the composite marine bacterial liquid, then preparing a 5-fold concentrated liquid by centrifuging and storing at 4° C.

    摘要: A method of forming an energy assisted magnetic recording (EAMR) writer is disclosed. A structure comprising a bottom cladding layer and a near field transducer (NFT) is provided. A patterned sacrificial layer is formed over the structure. A top cladding layer is deposited over the patterned sacrificial layer and a remaining region of the structure not covered by the patterned sacrificial layer. A patterned resist is formed over the top cladding layer. A first etching operation is performed on the top cladding layer via the patterned resist, whereby a top cladding having a sloped region is formed. The patterned sacrificial layer provides an etch stop for the first etching operation.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for user information processing in a network environment. The method performs an orthogonal transform on first and second vectors representing information related to first and second users respectively to obtain first and second transformed vectors. Then, the method splits the first and second transformed vectors into two parts respectively, such that first and second vectors cannot be derived from the first or second parts. The first and second user devices exchange the first part of the first transformed vector and the second part of the second transformed vector. The first and second user devices calculate the inner product of the first parts and the second parts respectively. Finally, the two inner products of the parts are summed to get an inner product of the first and second vectors. Also provided are a method and system for resource recommendation in a network environment.

    摘要: An isoprene or butadiene cis 1,4-selective polymerization catalyst system together with its polymerization method is provided. This catalyst system is composed of NCN-imine pincer type rare earth metal complex of formula [2,6-(CH═N—R1)2-4-R2-1-C6H2]LnX2(THF)n and alkylating reagent. In an hydrocarbon solvent or under bulk conditions, at a polymerization temperature in a range of −20-120° C., the conjugated diene is polymerized by using the catalyst system, to produce polyisoprene and polybutadiene having controllable number-average molecular weight, molecular weight distribution of 3.0 or less than, and cis 1,4-content of 95% or more, even 99% or more. The crude rubber and vulcanized rubber of the polyisoprene have high strength, stretching crystallization capability and transparency.
