    摘要: There is provided a biomagnetic field measurement apparatus capable of carrying out exact positioning work and highly sensitive signal detection. To bring a sensor surface close to a body surface while the sensor surface and the body surface are kept parallel, a cryostat is constructed so as to be capable of oscillating and expanding and contracting. A gantry is formed by three supports. A first support is a portal support that supports the whole of the gantry. A second support is supported on the first support, and is rotatable with a first direction being the axis. A third support is supported on the second support, and is movable in the axial direction of the cryostat as viewed from the second support. The cryostat is supported on the third support, and moves integrally with the third support.

    摘要: Accurate measurement cannot be performed due to magnetic signals from magnetic impurities included in a specimen container. By finding a difference between two measurement signals obtained by applying an external magnetic field for orientation to respective normal and reverse directions, the magnetic signals from the magnetic impurities included in the specimen container which are not dependent on the external magnetic field for orientation can be cancelled. The influence of the magnetic impurities included in the specimen container is reduced, and the signal of the intended bound magnetic marker can be measured with high sensitivity.

    摘要: The present invention provides an immunoassay technique which enables efficient detection of antigen-antibody reaction with high sensitivity by a magnetic method using magnetic particles and a SQUID magnetic sensor or sensors. A system based on the technique includes a disk-shaped sample holder which holds on a circle a plurality of sample containers for accommodating marked samples, resulting from marking of samples with magnetic particles by antigen-antibody reaction; rotating means for rotating the holder around its central shaft; magnetizing means for magnetizing the marked samples outside a magnetic shield; and a magnetic sensor for detecting, within the magnetic shield, magnetic fields generated from the marked samples which have been magnetized. By rotation of the holder, areas fixing and holding different ones of the sample containers are successively inserted into the magnetic shield, and the magnetization of the marked samples accommodated in first ones of the sample containers and the detection of magnetic fields generated from the marked samples accommodated in second ones of the sample containers are executed in parallel.

Four second-order differential coils 21 to 24 are arranged so that a geometric figure obtained by connecting the respective centers of said four differential coils can form a parallelogram. By providing intersections 25 to 27 between said four second-order differential coils 21 to 24, the values of magnetic flux respectively penetrating said differential coils 21 to 24 are differentiated in three different directions.The present invention is able to detect magnetic signals stably, despite a current direction of the signal source.

A moving image of a subject is photographed in a first trial period (rest period when the subject is at rest and task period when a task is given to the subject) and a second trial period (rest period when the subject is at rest and task period when a task is given to the subject), and a moving image in the first trial period and a moving image in the second trial period are displayed effectively simultaneously. The performance check in each trial period can be performed efficiently, and the moving image reproduction time can be shortened. Further, periods containing noise and periods where tasks are not performed correctly can be eliminated in a shorter time than in the prior art.
