摘要: A display control apparatus and a control method for controlling display of a display unit are provided. The display control apparatus detects an orientation of the display unit and controls a display of the display unit in accordance with the detected orientation of the display unit. The screen of the display unit is divided into a first display area, where a display layout is changed in accordance with the orientation of the display unit, and a second display area where a display layout is not changed in accordance with the orientation of the display unit. The display control unit makes the second display area display a first window which changes in accordance with a function to be executed, and makes the first display area display a second window which does not change in accordance with a function to be executed.

摘要: FPGAs and MPLDs, which are conventional programmable semiconductor devices, have had poor cost performance and did not suitably take long signal lines into account. To solve this, a flip-flop is built into each MLUT block comprised of a plurality of MLUTs, each MLUT comprising a memory and an address-data pair. With respect to the adjacent line between adjacent MLUTs, alternated adjacent line are introduced, while in the case of interconnects between non-adjacent MLUTs, dedicated distant line and, furthermore, a torus interconnect network are provided.

摘要: There is disclosed an apparatus capable of suitably deleting information of, e.g., an operation environment that is personalized in a given apparatus and handled in another apparatus and remains in it, thereby improving the operability and security. An information processing apparatus receives personalized information set in another information processing apparatus and stores the personalized information. A user who requests access to the stored personalized information is authenticated. A user who has passed authentication can obtain an operation environment based on the personalized information. Upon logout of the user or after the elapse of a predetermined time after access, the stored personalized information is erased.

摘要: The invention enables a user to perform a process to image data stored in an image inputting apparatus even if the user does not leave the image inputting apparatus being close to an image processing apparatus. To achieve this, the image processing apparatus capable of performing wireless communication with the image inputting apparatus is controlled by: automatically obtaining all of printable image data stored in the image inputting apparatus, according to a status that the image processing apparatus comes to be able to communicate with the image inputting apparatus; accepting, from the user, an instruction of the process to the obtained image data; and performing the process to the obtained image data according to the accepted instruction.

摘要: An information terminal device includes a first housing and a second housing slidably connected to each other with a connecting mechanism and that is changeable in state between a closed state in which the two housings overlap each other and an open state in which the two housings overlap each other by an area smaller than in the closed state. The information terminal device includes an elastic sheet component attached to a surface of the second housing that faces the first housing and having a protrusion protruding towards the first housing, and a biasing component that biases the protrusion towards the first housing so as to cause the biased protrusion to be elastically in contact with the first housing when the information terminal device is in the closed state.

摘要: An electric double layer capacitor has an element, a first terminal, a second terminal, a resin-made case, and a resin-made lid. A pair of electrodes are led out of the element. Each of the electrodes is connected to each of the first terminal and the second terminal. The element and an electrolyte are accommodated in the case having an opening top surface, and the lid is bonded to the top surface of the case. The joints of the first and second terminals are disposed at positions higher than the inner bottom of the case, and are exposed upward. The rims of the joints and intermediate conductive sections continuing from them are buried in the case, and the terminal sections continuing from the intermediate conductive sections are led from the side surface of the case to the outside.

摘要: A wide area network is constructed by connecting a plurality of bases to a multipoint switching apparatus. Each base has a certain contracted communication band. If a packet is received from a first base having a higher contracted communication band and the packet is directed to a second base having a lower contracted communication band, the traffic from the first base is limited to the contracted communication band of the second base.
