    摘要: The fail-safe gear step switching valve (120) can be switched to the first position to establish the low-speed side fail-safe gear step (third speed-change gear step) or the second position to establish the high-speed side fail-safe gear step (fifth speed-change gear step). Upon the failure state of the solenoid valve device (SLC1, SLC2), the fail-safe gear step switching valve is held at the second position by the line hydraulic pressure (PL1). Two kinds of the fail-safe gear steps i.e., the third speed-change gear step and the fifth speed-change gear step can be established depending on the vehicle state just before the failure occurrence of the fail-safe gear step switching valve. Even if the D→N operation of the shift lever (72) is performed during the vehicle running in the fifth speed-change gear step, the fail-safe gear step switching valve remains at the second position to establish the fifth speed-change gear step even upon the shifting operation of the shift lever to the “D” position again.

    摘要: When the ambient temperature of an organic electroluminescent display device is a low temperature, a capacitive charge driving method is performed to supply a constant current to a column electrode after performing capacitance charge and then apply a constant voltage to the column electrode to turn off a pixel; and when the ambient temperature is room temperature or a high temperature, an electric charge control driving method is performed to supply a constant current to the data electrode and then place the column electrode in a high impedance state. In the electric charge control driving method, a driving section is set in a selection period so as to be shorter than the selection period, and the amount of electric charges supplied to the pixel in the driving section is controlled depending on a required luminance.

    摘要: There is provided a logic circuit causing the same delay time as a conventional logic circuit and acting as a D flip-flop circuit with a data-selecting function.A logic circuit having the circuitry shown in FIG. 6 will be described briefly. Two transmission gates TG10a (TG10b) and TG11 and two inverters IV10 and IV11 are used to define a data propagation path from an input port I1 (I2) to an output port O1. Thus, four logic gates are located along the path in the same manner as they are in a conventional D flip-flop circuit. The transmission gate TG10a (TG10b) is controlled using a NOR circuit 12a that inputs a clock CLK and a select signal /sel that is the reverse of a select signal sel (NOR circuit 12b that inputs the clock CLK and the select signal sel). The transmission gate TG11 is controlled with the clock CLK. Either of two input data items is selected based on the select signals, and then output.When a D flip-flop circuit with a data-selecting function that causes the same delay time as a conventional D flip-flop circuit is adapted to a pipeline circuit, the action of the pipeline circuit can be speeded up.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device with excellent display characteristics such as dot defects and missing of pixels prevented from occurring, a bright display screen and the like can be realized. In addition, a yield rate is enhanced remarkably. The display device has a transparent substrate, non-linear elements, each having a plurality of electrodes, disposed on the transparent substrate, a protective film disposed on each respective nonlinear element of above, an interlayer insulating film disposed on the protective film and a pixel electrode disposed on the interlayer insulating film. An opening, the cross-section of which is configured in a V-letter like slanting shape, is formed in the protective film and interlayer insulating film, respectively. The opening is exposed to the surface of the nonlinear element. Each respective opening of above forms a first end part on the protective film and a second end part on the interlayer insulating film and the first end part is located outside of the second end part. One of the plurality of electrodes disposed on the nonlinear element is in contact with the pixel electrode in the opening.
