摘要： A busbar for battery electrode post connection with a terminal for voltage detection is provided. Both ends of a length direction of a rectangular thin plate of a conductive metal are left and an elongated opening is formed in a center. Two holes through which an electrode post of one battery and an electrode post of an adjacent battery are inserted are respectively formed in the rectangular thin plates of both sides around the elongated opening of the center. A terminal for voltage detection is extended integrally to the rectangular thin plate from an edge of the rectangular thin plate. The two holes overlap in a state of where the rectangular thin plate is folded in two with respect to the elongated opening. The terminal for voltage detection can be erected from the rectangular thin plate by folding the terminal for voltage detection in a vertical direction.

摘要： The prevent invention provides a lever-equipped connector unit, which comprises a housing being capable of receiving a terminal; a lever rotatably coupled to the housing, and formed in a horseshoe shape; and a counter housing engageable with the housing, wherein the lever has a pair of arm plates configured to sandwich the housing and having a cam portion therein, wherein the counter housing has a peripheral wall engageable with the housing, and a pair of driven pins being slidably engageable with the cam portion and formed in the both outer surfaces of the peripheral wall, and wherein the housing engages with the counter housing as the driven pin proceeds into the cam portion, and the lever rotates from its stand-by state.

摘要： A battery connection plate has a plurality of bus bars provided on a base plate section and is to be attached to a battery assembly containing a stacked plurality of batteries so that the bus bars are connected to terminals on the batteries. The base plate section has a wiring member attachment section to which a plurality of signal output wires connected to the bus bars can be wired, and window sections through which bosses can be inserted are formed on wiring paths of the signal output wires at the wiring member attachment section. The signal output wires are wired so as to bypass or wind around the bosses inserted into the window sections, and then the bosses are pulled out from the window sections, and thereby surplus length sections are formed on the signal output wires.

The connected portion is adapted to be disposed so as not to contact the inner wall of the case.

摘要： A wiring member is provided that can suppress an influence due to deviation of a position of connection as much as possible so as to maintain a good wiring state. The wiring member 11 is formed of a flexible printed circuit board to be connected to terminals of a plurality of batteries. The wiring member 11 includes a straight section 21 which is disposed along arrangement of aligned terminals, and a plurality of branch sections 22 which extend toward positions of connection to the respective terminals from the straight section 21 so as to be connected thereto. The branch sections 22 have deflection portions 32 which can be deformed in response to displacement of the straight section 21 in the longitudinal direction.

摘要： A busbar includes a battery connecting portion and a wire connecting portion as a circuit body connecting portion. The battery connecting portion connects electrodes of two batteries to each other. The wire connecting portion is continued to the battery connecting portion, and connected directly with an electric wire so as to overlap a core wire of an electric wire thereon. The wire connecting portion includes a welding portion which the core wire of the electric wire is welded to, and a bridge portion connecting the welding portion and the battery connecting portion. A cross-sectional area of the bridge portion along an intersecting direction intersecting a direction of connecting the welding portion and the battery connecting portion is formed to be smaller than a cross-sectional area of the welding portion along the intersecting direction.
