    摘要: Disclosed is a soap making split mold composed of a set of splits 1A and 1B adapted to be assembled together to form a molding cavity 1C. The split 1A has a larger surface area in its recess 11A defining part of the cavity 1C than the other split 1B does in its recess 11B defining the other part of the cavity 1C. The ratio of the surface area of the recess 11A of the split 1A to that of the recess 11B of the split 1B ranges from 52:48 to 66:34. Otherwise, the split 1A has a larger surface roughness Ra in its recess 11A defining part of the cavity than the other split 1B does in its recess 11B defining the other part of the cavity. The difference of the surface roughness Ra between the recess 11A and that of the recess 11B is 0.1 to 30 μm.

    摘要: Disclosed are a weld joint and a stainless steel-based weld metal composition for the weld joint. The composition and weld joint made therefrom are suitable for welding a zinc-based alloy coated steel sheet. The weld is excellent in corrosion resistance and liquid-metal embrittlement crack resistance. This is accomplished by inhibiting liquid-metal embrittlement cracks of the stainless-steel-based weld metal when the zinc-based alloy coating steel sheet is welded using the stainless-steel-based weld metal. The weld joint comprises a welded portion of weld metal made of stainless-steel-based components, the weld metal containing in mass percent (%): C: 0.01-0.1; Si: 0.1-1; Mn: 0.5-2.5; Ni: 5-11; and Cr: 17-25, and the balance being iron and residual impurities, wherein the following expression are met: −0.81×Cr equivalent+23.2≦Ni equivalent≦0.95×Cr equivalent−8.1 . . .     摘要: A guide rib is protrusively formed on a bottom face of a connector housing to position the connector housing to a printed circuit board by piercing the printed circuit board. A groove portion is hollowly formed around a base portion of the guide rib to disperse the screw tightening stress and prevent the guide rib from cracking as the connector is fixed to the printed circuit board. It disperses stress caused by tightening a screw for connecting the connector housing with the printed circuit board, and therefore prevents cracking on the base portion of the guide rib resulting from concentration of the stress. Since the groove portion is hollowed, the connector housing adheres securely to the printed circuit board, therefore resulting in a stable mounting.

The low insertion force connector includes: a first connector having a first cam-projection, a frame with a cam-opening to slidably accommodate the first connector in the coupling direction, a second connector with a coupling portion and a cam-engaging slit to be couples with the first connector in the frame, and a slider attached to the second connector, provided with a second cam-projection which engages both of the cam-opening and the cam-engaging slit, and provided with a cam groove consisting of a connector coupling cam groove and a shift-allowing cam groove continuing to the connector coupling cam groove. Thus, a low insertion force connector with a downsized and simple structure and high reliability can be realized.

With the terminal lug thereafter inserted into the accommodating chamber, the movable pin is moved back against a spring (11) so that, when the terminal lug has been fully inserted, the movable pin comes into contact with a stationary pin to energize an inspection electric circuit (18). Thus, the full insertion of the terminal lug (C) can be known.
