    摘要: An apparatus for fabricating three-dimensional paper-molded products with zero-draft angles is disclosed herein, which comprises at least one conveying rail and at least three sets of mold assemblies for sequentially applying a pre-compression, a first thermo-compression and a second thermo-compression on each semi-finished product. The at least three sets of mold assemblies are collocated, in ascending order of their transversally cross-sectional concave widths, along the at least one conveying rail. By gradually compressing the semi-finished product in sequence of compression operations of the at least three sets of mold assemblies, a specific transversally cross-sectional width of the semi-finished product are gradually and transversally widened to finalize a formation of a three-dimensional paper-molded product having zero-draft angles, thereby enhancing a structural strength of the entire product, shortening its manufacturing time and saving its manufacturing cost.

    摘要: A sheet assembly comprises a first grid comprising a first plurality of shapes on the sheet and a second grid comprising a second plurality of shapes on the sheet. The second plurality of shapes overlay the first plurality of shapes such that the second plurality of shapes are in a center of one or more squares defined by the first plurality of shapes. The first grid in combination with the second grid creates a template for the creation of one or more discrete components such as a list, a table, a chart and a graph. In some embodiments, the first grid comprises a plurality of crosshair shaped plus signs and the second grid comprises a plurality of dots. The two grid patterns are overlaid and offset from one another. The two patterns are offset such that the dots are located at the center of the squares defined by the crosshairs.

    摘要: A method of production of a product from a stock pulp sheet uses conveyor rolls to convey a stock pulp sheet to a crusher. During conveyance to the crusher, a defective part in the stock pulp sheet is detected by a detector. The detected defective part is removed from the stock pulp sheet by a remover. The stock pulp sheet from which the defective part is removed is supplied to the crusher to produce crushed pulp. The produced crushed pulp is used to produce a product in a product producer.

    摘要: A method of making a formed, dried lignocellulose fiber material comprising (a) providing an aqueous lignocellulose fiber pulp slurry having an effective consistency; (b) de-watering the slurry to provide a de-watered material at an effective de-watering rate under an effective pressure to prevent or reduce the formation of fissures and voids within the material; (c) drying an effective amount of the de-watered material at an effective temperature and period of time to provide the formed, dried lignocellulose fiber material having a thickness of at least 5 mm. The formed, dried lignocellulose material may be used to make a lignocellulose fiber-resin composite material of use as a cost effective structural member, as a substitute for steel, in, for example, bridges, processing equipment, and the like.

The methods may comprise the steps of monitoring the rate of deposition of organic deposits; adding an inhibitor that decreases the deposition of organic deposits from the liquid or slurry; and optionally re-measuring the rate of deposition of organic deposits from the liquid or slurry onto the quartz crystal microbalance, with the rates of deposition determined by measuring the vibration frequency of the quartz crystal microbalance.
