摘要: A method in a first network node comprises exchanging identifiers with a second network node, the exchanged identifiers for use in reestablishing a first S1 Application Protocol (S1AP) connection with the second network node associated with a first Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) connection between the first network node and the second network node. The method comprises storing the identifiers in association with an S1AP context, and sending, in response to a determination that the first S1AP connection with the second network node should be suspended, a request to suspend the first S1AP connection to the second network node. The method comprises reestablishing the first S1AP connection with the second network node using at least one of the stored identifiers, wherein the reestablished first S1AP connection is associated with the second SCTP connection between the first network node and the second network node.

摘要: Methods, a core network node (104A) and a node (102A) in a radio access network, RAN, (102), for enabling emergency services for wireless devices in the RAN. The core network node (104A) sends (2:1), to the RAN node (102A), information about one or more Access and Mobility Management Functions, AMFs, that support emergency services, to avoid an emergency fallback procedure for wireless devices in the RAN. The RAN node (102A) then selects (2:2) an AMF (104B) that supports emergency services for a wireless device (100) in the RAN, based on the received information. Thereby, the wireless device will have immediate access to emergency services and no delaying emergency fallback procedure is performed which could be critical in an emergency situation.

摘要: Embodiments include methods, in a base station operating in a wireless communications network, for over-the-air synchronization with a cell served by a further base station. Embodiments include sending, to a core network (CN) node, a first eNB Configuration Transfer message comprising: an identity of a target base station, and a first SON Information Request IE comprising a value indicating a request for time synchronization information. Embodiments include receiving, from the CN node, a first MME Configuration Transfer message comprising a SON Information Reply IE that originated from the target base station and includes a muting availability flag. If the flag indicates that muting can be activated in the target base station, embodiments include sending, to the CN node, a second eNB Configuration Transfer message comprising the identity of the target base station and a second SON Information Request IE comprising a value for activating muting in the target base station.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method in a base station for coordinating resources in a wireless communications system with carrier aggregation in which a first group of terminal devices is served by a primary cell and one or more secondary cells under control of the base station. The method comprises obtaining information indicating arrival of a second group of terminal devices at coverage of the base station. A speed of any terminal device of the second group is higher than a speed of any terminal device of the first group. The method also comprises releasing resources on at least one secondary cell of the one or more secondary cells and allocating the released resources to the second group of terminal devices.

摘要: Embodiments herein relates to a method in a first radio base station (12) for handling communication in a radio communications network (1), which first radio base station (12) is comprised in the radio communications network (1). The first radio base station (12) receives a report of a radio link failure, RLF, of a wireless device (10), from the wireless device (10), which report comprises an identity of a first cell (11) for re-establishing connection in. The first radio base station (12) compares the identity of the first cell (11) in the received report with a cell identity of a current cell the wireless device (10) is currently connected to. In case the identities do not match, the first radio base station (12) discards the report of an RLF, increments a counter counting a number of times that the first cell was reported as a reestablishment cell and not being a current cell to which the wireless device (10) is currently connected to, and reports a report of an event to an Operation and Maintenance, O&M, node (15), which report of an event comprises the number of the counter.

摘要: A shared Radio Network Node, RNN, (102) and a method for managing overload in a core network (110). The shared RNN is configured to serve a wireless device (104), and the wireless device and the RNN are operating in a wireless communications network (105) connected to the core network. The RNN receives a connection request from the wireless device, wherein the connection request comprises a mapping parameter configured to map to an MME (112) connected to the RNN. Further, the MME is logically partitioned into several MMEs and configured to support multiple MME Codes, MMECs, each of which MMECs is pointing at a sharing operator. The mapping parameter comprises an MMEC configured to map to one MMEC supported by the MME. Further, the RNN rejects or redirects the connection request when the MMEC configured to map to one MMEC supported by the MME is associated with an overload action.

摘要: In one aspect, a first device determines transmitter location information indicating a location for each of one or more transmitters that provide synchronization signals. The first device inserts the transmitter location information in a time synchronization IE and transmits the time synchronization IE to a second device. The second device receives the transmitter location information from the first device and determines one or more propagation delays of a synchronization signal received from a transmitter based on the transmitter location information received for the transmitter in the IE. The second device uses the determined one or more propagation delays to compensate for a timing difference between the first device and a transmitter of the synchronization signal.
