摘要： An image pickup apparatus includes an image processing unit for extracting an image parameter indicating a change in shooting condition from an image signal obtained by shooting an object; an audio processing unit for extracting an audio parameter indicating a change in shooting condition from an audio signal obtained by taking audio; and a specific ID information processing unit for extracting a state parameter indicating a change in shooting condition on the basis of information indicating a physiological change of an operator; and the extracted parameter is compared with a predetermined decision threshold to determine whether a shoot timing at which is parameter occurs is appropriate as an edition point or not.

The mobile terminal device (100) includes: a television broadcast receiving unit (101) which receives a television broadcast signal; a television broadcast processing unit (102) which decodes the stream of the received television broadcast signal; a display conversion unit (103) which converts the decoded YUV signal into an RGB signal on a frame-by-frame basis; a control unit (109) which controls actions of the mobile terminal device in the case where the remaining amount of a battery (112) falls to a predetermined amount or below while the video and audio of the television broadcast is being outputted or in the case where the remaining amount of the battery (112) is the predetermined amount or below at the time when the video and audio of the television broadcast are required to be outputted; and an electric power supply management unit (111) which detects remaining amounts of the battery (112) and notifies the control unit (109) of the remaining amounts of battery for every predetermined time points.

摘要： An image coding method for coding image data on a block-by-block basis includes: segmenting a block including coefficients of frequency components, into groups corresponding to frequency ranges based on types of the coefficients, and determining a context corresponding to each of the groups; performing, for each of the coefficients, binary arithmetic coding on the coefficient according to a probability information item corresponding to the context, the context being corresponding to the group having the coefficient; and updating, for each of probability information items, the probability information item corresponding to the context, based on the coefficient included in the group corresponding to the context, wherein in the segmenting, the block is segmented into the groups with various numbers of coefficients.
