    摘要: The present invention relates to mutant DNA polymerases and their genes isolated from Thermococcus sp. More specifically, the present invention relates to mutant DNA polymerases which are originally isolated from Thermococcus sp NA1. strain and produced by site-specific mutagenesis, their amino acid sequences, genes encoding said mutant DNA polymerases, their nucleic acids sequences, recombinant vectors containing said nucleic acids sequences, host cells transformed with thereof and methods for producing mutant DNA polymerase protein by using thereof. As mutant DNA polymerases according to the present invention have increased processivity by site-specific mutagenesis on exonuclease active site compared to wild type DNA polymerase, the present invention is broadly applicable for PCR in various molecular genetic technologies.

    摘要: A thin type reforming apparatus used for a fuel cell is provided. In the thin type reforming apparatus, a substrate has a passage formed therein, and a fuel inlet introduces fuel to the passage. An evaporator is disposed within the substrate downstream of the fuel inlet, and includes a bubble remover for imparting a flow resistance to the fuel in a liquid state, removing bubbles and vaporizing the fuel. A reformer has a passage formed downstream of the evaporator, and reforms the fuel to hydrogen gas through a heat absorbing reaction. A CO remover has a passage formed downstream of the reformer and removes CO gas included in the hydrogen gas through a heat radiating reaction. A cover covers an upper portion of the substrate and sealing the passages from an outside.

Then, at least one probe pin structure connected to the interlayer circuit is formed by selectively removing the plurality of photosensitive ceramic sheets having a ceramic powder and a photosensitive organic component on the ceramic laminated body necessarily, and by filling a metal material in a region from which the plurality of photosensitive ceramic sheets have been removed. Then, a ceramic substrate having the at least one probe pin structure is provided by simultaneously firing the ceramic laminated body and the photosensitive ceramic sheets, and by removing the photosensitive ceramic sheets.
