摘要: The present invention concerns a transmission bandwidth sharing system and provides, in particular, a transmission bandwidth sharing apparatus used in an ATM exchange for sharing one CBR bandwidth on an ATM line among a plurality of ATM terminals in a multimedia network or the like. The CBR bandwidth sharing apparatus comprises a bandwidth management table for registering bandwidth and information relating to the bandwidth for each identified CBR bandwidth, a bandwidth sharing management table for registering, for each identified CBR bandwidth, one or more terminals that use the bandwidth for CBR communication and information relating to the one or more terminals, and a signal transmission timing management table for registering valid signal transmission timings of the registered terminals for each identified CBR bandwidth. Based on the bandwidth information and terminal information, the CBR bandwidth sharing apparatus allocates a timing in an invalid signal transmission period of one of the registered terminals for use as a transmission timing of a valid signal from another one of the registered terminals, thereby enabling a plurality of CBR communication connections to be established by sharing the identified one CBR bandwidth.

摘要: A disclosed vibration insulating mount is promptly disposed between a vibrating body and a mounting body. The mount comprises a fluid chamber filled with a fluid, an elastic support partly defining the fluid chamber and mounting the vibrating body, a movable member partly defining the fluid chamber and capable of being displaced so as to change a volume of the fluid chamber, a supporting member supporting the movable member, and an actuator opposed to the movable member and generating displacing force to displace the movable member. Here, thickness of an outer portion of the movable member is thinner than that of an inner portion of the movable member.

摘要: In order to develop sufficient vibration damping performance and effectively prevent transmission of goading vibrations and others in a vibration damping device using an electrorheological fluid, if the moving directions of vibration input side member and vibration output side member of the device are opposite to each other, a voltage applied to electrodes in the device is increased to increase the viscosity of the electrorheological fluid, while if absolute value of vibration acceleration velocity in the vibration input side member exceeds a given value, a voltage applied to the electrodes is always decreased to decrease the viscosity of the fluid.

摘要: A combustor, in which a flame holding region is formed at a location distant from a pilot burner to avoid burnout of the pilot burner and in which flame holding capability is increased to use a lean pre-mix gas for reducing NOx emission, is provided. The combustor includes a combustion liner having a cylindrical side wall that defines a combustion chamber; and a main burner positioned at a top portion of the combustion liner for injecting an annular pre-mix gas into the combustion chamber to form a reverse flow region at a downstream portion thereof, which region is oriented towards the top portion of the combustion chamber along a longitudinal axis. In this combustor, a pilot burner is arranged at the top portion for injecting a mixture of fuel and air only in a direction confronting the reverse flow region.

摘要: An image processing system includes an image sensor that picks up a front-view image in front of an own vehicle. Image processing regions are set to cover on the front-view image, picked up by the image sensor, various portions one after another, which narrow, in area, with different positions in a direction remote from the own vehicle. A feature is extracted out of image processing a portion of the front-view image covered by the image processing regions. The extracted feature is used for vehicle detection.

摘要: The in-lane running support system includes a steering input device and a steering input detector. The in-lane running support system further comprises a reaction force device that changes a condition of the steering input device between a normal operation mode that provides a normal reaction force to the driver, and a hapthic operation mode that performs a notification operation to the driver, a turning output device that is in a state mechanically disconnected from the steering input device and that turns steerable wheels, and a turning output controller. A running state detecting device acquires information of a running state of the vehicle with respect to a lane. An in-lane running support device controls the turning output device and the haptic device based on the information of the running state such that the vehicle runs in the lane, and has a first control mode that controls the turning output control device and causes the reaction force device to operate in the normal operation mode, and a second control mode that controls the turning output control device and causes the reaction force device to operate in the haptic operation mode.

摘要: A frequency adjustment circuit that maintains a target frequency even when frequency adjustment data of zapping circuit is changed by an external noise is offered. The frequency adjustment circuit includes a reset signal generation circuit, a frequency adjustment data latch circuit that latches and retains the frequency adjustment data ZP1 and ZP2 generated by a first zapping circuit and a second zapping circuit based on a latch clock ZCLK and a latch clock generation circuit that generates the latch clock ZCLK. The reset signal generation circuit generates a periodic reset signal ZRES that is synchronized with a rise of an enable signal EN generated from an interface circuit. The latch clock generation circuit generates the latch clock ZCLK that is synchronized with a fall of the enable signal EN.
