摘要: A system and method of identifying objects is provided. In one aspect, the system and method includes a hand-held device with a display, camera and processor. As the camera captures images and displays them on the display, the processor compares the information retrieved in connection with one image with information retrieved in connection with subsequent images. The processor uses the result of such comparison to determine the object that is likely to be of greatest interest to the user. The display simultaneously displays the images the images as they are captured, the location of the object in an image, and information retrieved for the object.

摘要: The APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A VIDEO REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE PLATFORM (hereinafter “RDC-Video”) provides a platform for remote deposit by obtaining images of a check from streaming video captured by a video camera, wherein the RDC-Video transforms captured check images and/or entered check deposit information inputs via RDC-Video components into deposit confirmation outputs. For example, in one embodiment, a user may employ a personal computer connected to a web camera, and/or a smartphone with a built-in camera to initiate the remote deposit by holding a check in front of the camera, and the RDC-Video may capture images of the check and send them to a financial institution for deposit processing.

摘要: A visible light sensor (VLS) may be configured to sense environmental characteristics using images of a space. The VLS may be controlled in one or more modes, including a daylight glare sensor mode, a daylighting sensor mode, a color sensor mode, and/or an occupancy/vacancy sensor mode. In the daylight glare sensor mode, the VLS may be configured to decrease or eliminate glares. In the daylighting sensor mode and/or color sensor mode, the VLS may be configured to provide a preferred amount of light and color temperature, respectively, within the space. In the occupancy/vacancy sensor mode, the VLS may be configured to detect an occupancy/vacancy condition within the space and adjust one or more control devices according to the occupation or vacancy of the space. The visible light sensor may be configured to protect the privacy of users within the space via software, a removable module, and/or a special sensor.

摘要: Payment card slot tampering at a transaction terminal is detected in real time. One or more images from one or more cameras are analyzed. The camera(s) is/are focused overhead of the terminal on an area adjacent to and in front of a card slot for a card reader of the terminal. The images are analyzed for determining whether hands of arms for an operator of the terminal are performing actions that indicate the operator may be attempting to install a card skimmer/shimmer into the card slot and/or attempting to remove an existing skimmer/shimmer from the card slot. When card slot tampering event is detected at the terminal a variety of automated actions are processed, such as shutting down the card reader, shutting down the terminal, confiscating any payment card inserted into the card slot, notifying a financial institution, and/or notifying legal authorities.

摘要: In one aspect, the invention concerns an imaging method for generating a digitally stained image (51′) of a biological tissue probe (50) from a physical image (50′) of an unstained tissue biological tissue probe (50) in which a physical image (50′) of a biological tissue probe (50) is obtained by simultaneous multi-modal microscopy (53). In another aspect, the invention pertains to a training method for training an artificial intelligence system to be used in such a method. Moreover, the invention pertains to a system for generating a digitally stained image (51′) of a biological tissue probe (50) and/or for training an artificial intelligence system. The system comprises a processing unit for performing at least one of said methods. Furthermore, the invention relates to a non-transitory storage medium containing instructions that, when executed by a computer, causes the computer to perform said methods.
