    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present application relates to the field of radio communication technology, and discloses a random access method, a terminal equipment, and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the random access method includes: receiving configuration information for random access from a base station; determining available first physical random access channel transmission occasions (ROs) according to at least one configured CSI-RS based on the configuration information; and performing random access according to the available first ROs. The method of the embodiment of the present application enables the UE to determine the time-frequency resources for random access by the configured CSI-RS indication.

    摘要: A method of operating a communications device in a wireless communications system that supports a random access procedure. The method comprises receiving, from an infrastructure equipment, a scheduling message comprising an indication of an allocation of radio resources to be used for a random access procedure message, selecting a transport block size (TBS) from a plurality of permitted TBS values for the transmission of the random access procedure message, and determining whether the selected TBS is lower than a maximum TBS of the plurality of permitted TBS values. If it is determined that the selected TBS is lower than the maximum TBS, the method comprises selecting a time for starting the transmission of the random access procedure message from a plurality of permitted starting transmission times, and transmitting the random access procedure message to the infrastructure equipment in the allocated communications resources using the selected TBS.

For example, a first gNB receives, from a wireless device, random access channel (RACH) related information and cell information for a radio link failure (RLF), and transmits, to a second gNB, the RACH related information and the cell information for the RLF. For another example, a gNB central unit (gNB-CU) of a first gNB receives, from a second gNB, RACH related information and cell information for RLF, and transmits, to a gNB distributed unit (gNB-DU) of the first gNB, information for an RACH configuration based on the RACH related information and the cell information for the RLF.

The method includes: inventory indication information sent by a network device to a terminal device includes information for determining a target terminal device. The inventory indication information indicates that the network device selects the target terminal device to initiate a random access request, or the inventory indication information indicates that the network device supports the target terminal device in initiating a random access request. In this way, the network device may select, based on target terminal devices of different types, or target terminal devices having different capabilities, a target device to perform random access, thereby improving random access efficiency of a second device and performance of subsequent data transmission of the target terminal device.
