摘要: A mobile crane includes a crane main body including a control valve which controls a supply flow rate of hydraulic oil to a main-body driving motor and a pilot-pressure control device which controls a pilot pressure supplied to the control valve. The pilot-pressure control device increases the pilot pressure at a first ratio according to an increase in an operation amount of an operation section when a counterweight carrier is an uncoupled state, increases the pilot pressure at a second ratio lower than the first ratio according to the increase in the operation amount when the counterweight carrier is a coupled state and a grounded state, and increases the pilot pressure at a third ratio higher than the second ratio and equal to or lower than the first ratio according to the increase in the operation amount when the counterweight carrier is the coupled state and an afloat state.

摘要: An apparatus for a crane comprises a large-cavity pressure sensor, a small-cavity pressure sensor, a controller, a telescopic oil cylinder, and a telescopic oil cylinder regulator. The large-cavity pressure sensor can measure the oil pressure in a large cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder. The small cavity pressure sensor can measure the oil pressure in a small cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder. The controller can control an output electrical signal according to a large-cavity oil pressure fed back by the large-cavity pressure sensor and a small-cavity oil pressure fed back by the small-cavity pressure sensor, and, by means of the electrical signal, control a change of the amount of hydraulic oil flowing into and out of the large cavity and the small cavity of the telescopic oil cylinder so as to regulate the oil pressures in the large cavity and the small cavity.

The large manipulator is characterized in that the control device (17) is designed to limit the speed of the mast movement on the basis of the output signal from the mast sensor arrangement. The invention also relates to a method for controlling the movement of an articulated mast (4) of a large manipulator (1), in particular of a truck-mounted concrete pump.
