摘要: A wire saw includes a saw wire forming a sawing section for engagement with a workpiece to be cut. A guide is arranged to position the sawing section of the saw wire relative to the workpiece. The guide is configured to permit a plurality of independent directions of movement such that, in addition to an advance of the sawing section in the direction of the workpiece to be cut, the sawing section can be lengthened and/or shortened. A wire-storage-and-tensioning device is arranged for loading, unloading, and tensioning the saw wire when a position and/or a length of the sawing section is changed by the guide. The guide has, for each of the plurality of independent directions of movement, a separate wire storage associated with the given individual direction of movement.

摘要: A retaining system for a rotation angle sensor assembly is disclosed. The retaining system includes a first retaining element for coupling to a first of two machine parts and comprising a rotation angle sensor of the rotation angle sensor assembly. The retaining system also includes a second retaining element for coupling to a second of the two machine parts and comprising at least one position encoder element of the rotation angle sensor assembly corresponding to the rotation angle sensor. The rotation angle sensor is configured to detect a rotation of the position encoder element relative to the rotation angle sensor. The first retaining element is configured to guide the rotation angle sensor via a guide positioned between the first retaining element and the second retaining element so as to be rotatable relative to the position encoder element on the second retaining element.

摘要: A manipulator includes an articulated boom configured to be folded out. The articulated boom includes a turntable that can be rotated about a vertical axis, a plurality of boom segments, electrically-actuated proportional valves, and a remote control. The boom segments are pivotable via respective drive assemblies. The electrically-actuated proportional valves are respectively arranged directly on or in proximity to the respective drive assemblies to be controlled. The remote control includes at least one control lever configured to be displaced in a plurality of actuating directions. The manipulator further includes an electronic controller configured to actuate the drive assemblies via a travel command. The travel command indicates a desired movement of the boom tip. The travel command is generated in response to displacement of the control lever into at least one of the plurality of actuating directions. And, the travel command causes actuation of the respective electrically-actuated proportional valves.
