    摘要: This disclosure describes techniques for measuring the resistance of a component with measurement circuitry that is electrically coupled to the component via one or more electrical conductors (e.g., one or more bond wires). The resistance measurement techniques of this disclosure may measure a resistance of an electrical conductor, and generate a value indicative of a resistance of a component other than the electrical conductor based on the measured resistance of the electrical conductor. The electrical conductor for which the resistance is measured may be the same as or different than one or more of the electrical conductors that the couple the measurement circuitry to the component to be measured. Using an electrical conductor resistance measurement to determine the resistance of a component may improve the accuracy of the resistance measurement for the component.

The device includes a current source and an ammeter disposed on a first electrical branch, provided to link a phase of a power supply network with the ground of the installation; a second electrical branch provided to link a neutral wire of the power supply network with the ground of the installation, including a resistor across terminals of which is connected a voltmeter, and a first capacitor in series with the resistor; and a third electrical branch is provided for linking the neutral wire of the network with the ground of the installation, and including, on the third branch, in parallel with the first capacitor and with the first resistor, a second capacitor of higher value than the first capacitor.

    摘要: Systems and methods for adaptive distance protection are provided. An adaptive ground distance protection system may be installed in a power system to provide an accurate measurement of the apparent impedance of the transmission lines thereby ensuring reliable and stable operations of the power system. The potential of a system ground in reference to the remote earth is measured and used in calculating the apparent impedance of a transmission line. An accurate assessment of the apparent impedance of a transmission line is therefore provided and reduces the risk of misoperation of relays. Existing protection systems of a power system may be augmented, for example, via a retrofitting process, to enhance reliability of the power system, reduce costs, reduce customer service interruption, and expand opportunities for deployment.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to a facilitated method for accurately measuring the earth ground resistance of a ground rod, in particular a footing of a pylon acting as a ground rod or a ground rod attached to the footings of a pylon, and obtaining an overall value for the resistance of the pylon. A method of determining the earth ground resistance of two or more pylon footings is provided according to the present disclosure, comprising conducting selective measurements of each footing of a pylon consecutively and wherein true values for the resistance of each footing measured are calculated. According to the present disclosure, the testing means is connected directly to two auxiliary electrodes which are placed at predetermined distances from the pylon, and a current measurement means which is placed around a pylon footing in order to measure the current flowing along the footing.

The method comprises measuring a potential at a first potential electrode point, measuring a potential at a second potential electrode point, calculating a voltage slope corresponding to a change rate of potential difference, using a potential difference between the first and second potential electrode points, and setting a potential point according to voltage slope characteristics and measuring earth resistance. A measurement approximating an accurate value of earth resistance can be performed even when soil composition characteristics are unknown at a site.

    摘要: A structure and a method for measuring the bonding resistance are provided. The structure for measuring a bonding resistance between a first object and a second object is provided, wherein the first object has a plurality of first pins and a reference pin, and the second object has a plurality of second pins corresponding to the plurality of first pins and the reference pin. The structure further includes a first circuit formed by electrically connecting the reference pin to the first pin adjacent to the reference pin in a first direction, and a second circuit formed by electrically connecting a second pin corresponding to the reference pin to the adjacent second pin in a second direction. By connecting the first and the second circuits in series, the value of the bonding resistance is easily measured.

    摘要: A test pad array and dummy lead array for measuring anisotropic conductive film bond contact resistance on a liquid crystal display panel. The test pad and dummy lead arrays are provided on a surface of the liquid crystal display panel. The test pad array is electrically connected to a group of terminal pads disposed on the surface of the panel, which are electrically connected to an electronic device with anisotropic conductive film bonds. The test pad array allows the contact resistance of one or more of the anisotropic conductive film bonds to be measured on the panel. The dummy lead array is provided for electrically connecting a second electronic device to the panel. The dummy lead array is electrically connected to the test pad array such that a contact resistance of at least one anisotropic conductive film bond associated with the second electronic device can be measured on the panel using portions of the test pad array electrically connected to the dummy lead array.
