Abstract: There is provided a male cable connector (1) for reversibly connecting a computer network cable (7) to form at least one electrical connection or one optical connection to a second component, said male cable connector (1) comprising a male member (3) enclosing at least one electrical lead (14) electrically connected to one electric contact surface (13) and the network cable (7) or said male member (3) enclosing at least one optical fiber (17) connected to an optical connection surface (22) and the network cable (7), said male member (3) being associated with a front direction which is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the male member (3) and directed from the cable (7) towards a forward end (11) of the male member (3) characterized in that said at least one electrical contact surface (13) or at least one optical connection surface (22) is arranged on the surface of the male member (3) and the male member (3) has a bore (4) for connecting a pull-cord. There is also provided a female connector, adaptors, cables and kits.

Abstract: A connector waterproofing structure watertightly seals a gap between openings of cavities of a pair of housings which accommodate terminals. In the structure, the pair of housings includes annular members formed at each of ends of the openings. The annular members are made of resin, protrude and surround the openings, either one of the annular members is formed into such a shape to be pressed to an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the opposite annular member, when the pair of housings are fitted together, and the inner peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface are obliquely formed so that the wall thickness of the opposite annular member is gradually increased from the distal end toward the back.

Abstract: An electrical connection system for cell voltage monitoring in a fuel cell stack. A fuel cell stack assembly comprises a plurality of fuel cells disposed in a stacked configuration, each cell substantially parallel to an x-y plane and including an electrical tab extending laterally from an edge of a plate in the cell in the x-direction to form an array of tabs extending along a side face of the fuel cell stack in a z-direction orthogonal to the x-y plane. A connector device comprises a planar member having a plurality of spaced-apart slits formed in an edge of the planar member, each slit having an electrically conductive material on an inside face of the slit. The slits are spaced along the edge of the planar member and configured to receive the tabs by sliding engagement in the y-direction. Alternatively, each tab may be crimped to create a distortion in the tab out of the x-y plane of the plate and a connector device comprises a planar member having a plurality of generally parallel slits formed in the body of the planar member, each slit having an electrically conductive material on an inside face of the slit, the slits being spaced within the planar member and configured to receive the tabs by sliding engagement in the x-direction so that each tab engages with at least a portion of the electrically conductive material on the inside face of a respective slit.

The low loss electric energy extension cord comprising the step-up transformer, the transmission line, and the step-down transformer is portable.

Abstract: An electrical connector assembly is presented. The electrical connector assembly includes an electrical socket terminal having a frustoconical body that defines a first cylindrical cavity configured to receive a corresponding electrical plug terminal. The frustoconical body defines a plurality of axially slots extending to the first cylindrical cavity. The terminal further includes a cylindrical member extending from the frustoconical body. The electrical connector assembly also includes a terminal cartridge formed of a dielectric material and defining a generally U-shaped slot having an open end, a closed end, two side walls, and a floor. The U-shaped slot is configured to receive the circumferential flange of the socket terminal. The floor defines a locking protrusion configured to contact the flange and retain the socket terminal within the U-shaped slot.

Abstract: A connector apparatus includes first and second connectors. In accordance with an advancement of the engagement between the first connector and the second connector, as the first latched part is latched by the first latching part, the second latching part is guided by the second latched part and the arm is deflected, and after the latching between the first latching part and the first latched part, as the second latched part is latched by the second latching part, the deflection of the arm is canceled.
