摘要： The present disclosure relates to a drain pump driving apparatus and a laundry treatment machine including the same. A drain pump driving apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a controller configured to drive a motor, during drainage, based on an output current and a direct current (DC) terminal voltage with a first power when a lift is at a first level and to drive the motor with the first power when the lift is at a second level that is greater than the first level, wherein the lift is a difference between a water level of a water introduction part through which water flows into a drain pump and a water level of a water discharge part through which the water is discharged out of the drain pump. Accordingly, water pumping can be performed smoothly even if the lift is changed during the drainage.

There is an in operation total head difference between the reservoir fill level and the stationary treatment chamber or an in operation total head difference across a portion of the conveyance and the total head difference divided by the cumulative reservoir liquid outlet hydraulic diameter in consistent units of length is from about 0.3 to about 2200. The automatic laundry machine can be operated to use the liquid stored in the reservoir to rapidly supply liquid to the stationary treatment chamber, thereby shortening cycle time.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a laundry treatment machine. A pump motor provided in a drain pump is controlled to correspond to the operation of the main motor and the water level, so that the pump motor slows down based on the speed of rotation of the main motor and the water level and keeps operating at low speed. Therefore, the pump motor is able to keep operating without stopping operation, and the amount of noise caused by the start-up of the motor is reduced, and the time taken to align the rotor of the motor in position is reduced, thereby reducing drainage time and improving the drainage performance of the drain pump.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a drain pump driving apparatus and a laundry treatment machine including the same. A drain pump driving apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure and a laundry treatment machine including the same include: an inverter converting a direct current (DC) voltage from a converter into an alternating current (AC) voltage based on a switching operation and to output the converted AC voltage to a drain motor; and a controller to control the motor to, when a drain channel in a drain pump is clogged, be temporarily stopped in a period during which a speed of the motor increases and then to repeatedly rotate and stop in a first direction the same as a start-up direction, and to repeatedly rotate and stop in a second direction opposite to the first direction when the drain channel is clogged even after the motor repeatedly rotates and stops in the first direction. Accordingly, when impurities are introduced into the drain pump, the impurities can be removed in a simple manner.

The controller is configured to rotate the wash basket to at least a desired speed; determine one or more of whether at least the desired speed of the wash basket is achieved within a period of time, or whether an energy parameter threshold of a motor assembly is exceeded when rotating the wash basket within the period of time; and generate an output signal corresponding to fluid detection at a wash tub when the wash basket fails to rotate to at least the desired speed within the period of time or, when the energy parameter threshold is exceeded when rotating the wash basket within the period of time.
