摘要: A dielectric ceramic composition for multi-layer ceramic capacitor for use in extreme environments is formed by mixing a main compos it ion and a composite oxide for low-temperature sintering, where the main composition includes 96.0 to 99.0 wt. % of BaTiO3 and 1.0 to 4.0 wt. % of Nb2O5 and Co3O4 as an additive. The main composition is formed by per forming a heat treatment for synthesis to form a core-shell structure having the BaTiO3 as a core and the Nb2O5 and Co3O4 covering the sur face of the BaTiO3. The composite oxide for low-temperature sintering is at least one selected from BaV2O6, Ba3V4O13 and Ba4V2O9.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a multilayer ceramic capacitor. The multilayer ceramic capacitor has a first end and a second end that is spaced apart from the first end in a longitudinal direction that is perpendicular to a lateral direction wherein the lateral direction and longitudinal direction are each perpendicular to a Z-direction. The multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises a monolithic body comprising a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of electrode layers parallel with the lateral direction. At least one electrode layer includes a first electrode comprising a connecting portion and a central portion extending from the connecting portion in the longitudinal direction wherein the central portion includes a Z-directional edge and the connecting portion includes an edge extending in both the longitudinal direction and the Z-direction and wherein the Z-directional edge of the central portion forms a first angle of from greater than 90° to less than 180° with the edge of the connecting portion. A first external termination disposed along the first end and a second external termination disposed along the second end.

摘要: An energy storage element and method of fabrication thereof are disclosed. An energy storage element includes a set of electrodes where one or more electrodes have extended conductive paths through nano-channel electric interconnections with ceramic particles in one or more dielectric layers. The electrode's electric field is extended into the dielectric material providing increased capacitance. The set of electrodes can include a pair of electrode layers respectively attached directly to opposing sides of one dielectric layer. The set of electrodes, which can also be referred to as multi-layer electrodes, can include a plurality of electrode layers interleaved between, and directly attached to, a plurality of stacked dielectric layers.

摘要: A multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a multilayer body including dielectric layers and internal electrode layers stacked together, and external electrodes. The multilayer body includes an inner layer portion and outer layer portions in a stacking direction, and an electrode opposing portion and gap portions in a length direction. The multilayer body further includes conductor portions in the two outer layer portions in the gap portions, and each includes conductor layers stacked in the stacking direction. 摘要: A capacitor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with a capacitor body in which a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of internal electrode layers are alternately laminated. The dielectric layers each includes crystal particles, grain boundaries and metal particles. An average particle size of the metal particles is smaller than an average particle size of the crystal particles and larger than an average width of interfacial grain boundaries among the grain boundaries. Observation of the longitudinal cross section of the dielectric layer shows that the metal particles are distributed along the width direction and the thickness direction of the dielectric layer.
