摘要: A network performance degradation detection system is provided. The system receives Key Performance Indicator (KPI) values for devices of different device types running different software versions. The system determines baseline values of a first device type by averaging the KPI values of the different software versions running on devices of the first device type. The system compares KPI values for a first software version running on devices of the first device type with the determined baseline values to produce a set of comparison results. The system applies the set of comparison results to a classification model to determine whether the first software version running on devices of the first device type causes network performance degradation.

摘要: The disclosed system and method obtain a report of an issue reported by a user of the wireless telecommunication network, and historical information associated with the user and the wireless telecommunication network. The historical information includes multiple issues reported by users similar to the user, and multiple user statuses associated with the users similar to the user. The user status among the multiple user statuses includes active and inactive, indicating whether the user is an active member of the telecommunication network or has left the network. The system provides the historical information to an AI model, and obtains from the AI model a priority associated with the issue experienced by the user. The system causes a resolution of the issue based on the priority.

摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for the parallel testing of multiple data processing channels. The present invention may be configured to generate a data packet, send the data packet to a processing channel for processing at a send time, receive the processed data from the processing channel at a return time, determine the percent accuracy for the processed data from the processing channel, and record the send time, return time, and percent accuracy in an analytics system. The present invention may also be configured to determine the security of the processing channel and record the security in the analytics system.

摘要: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a method in which a processing system identifies a set of target users of user equipment communication devices (UEs), based on reports from the UEs regarding a quality of service (QoS) experienced by the respective UEs; obtaining from internal sources a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the communication network; correlating information received from external sources with the data obtained from the internal sources to validate the reports from the UEs; and recommending, in accordance with data records generated by the correlating, an action to improve the QoS for a UE of the set of UEs, where the action includes a modification of the UE and/or a reconfiguration of the network. Other embodiments are disclosed.

In one example, this disclosure describes a method that includes collecting, by a server device that is executing within a server device cluster, metric information indicative of an operational state of the server device, wherein the metric information is associated with a plurality of virtual computing instances executing on the server device; analyzing, by the server device and based on the metric information, whether a first condition associated with a first virtual computing instance is satisfied; analyzing, by the server device and based on the metric information, whether a second condition associated with a second virtual computing instance is satisfied; and updating control information characterizing the operational state of the server device executing within the server device cluster.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for removing electronic activities from systems of record based on filtering policies. The method includes accessing record objects of one or more systems of record. The method includes identifying a plurality of electronic activities stored in a record object of one of the systems of record. The method includes parsing the plurality of electronic activities. The method includes determining that one of the electronic activities is associated with an electronic account corresponding to a data source provider. The method includes selecting one or more filtering policies associated with the electronic account. The method includes applying the selected one or more filtering policies to the plurality of electronic activities to identify a subset of electronic activities. The method includes initiating a process to cause removal of at least one electronic activity of the subset of electronic activities from the system of record.

The processors also generate a plurality of log data records, each including the one or more indexed data components, and generate a summarized data record by aggregating one or more log data records having at least one matching indexed data component.

The network monitoring system may determine, based on the respective parameters, respective arguments of the one or more commands. The network monitoring system may generate the configuration file based on the respective arguments and may perform an action associated with the configuration file to permit the configuration file to be used to collect the feature or debug data from the network device.
