Abstract: A balancer mechanism for a rotating shaft is configured to prevent deviation of the axis of the rotating shaft. The balancer mechanism (20) has an assistance torque generation device (21) for generating an assistance torque. The assistance torque generation device (21) includes a cam member (24) fixed to the rotating shaft (4), a cam follower member (25) and a gas spring (27). The balancer mechanism has a reaction force generation device (22) provided for generating, a balancing moment on the rotating shaft that cancels out a tilting moment that tilts the rotating shaft (4) around a bearing member (9) in a direction to separate it from the assistance torque generation device (21) and which is caused by the biasing force of the gas spring (27).

Abstract: An open/shut valve mechanism for detecting that a piston member of a hydraulic pressure cylinder has reached an unclamp position comprises: a valve body reception hole that communicates with a unclamp hydraulic pressure operating chamber, a valve body movably received in the valve body reception hole and having an annular concave engagement portion on its external circumferential portion; a spherical body that is movably installed in a cylinder main body and that can engage with the concave engagement portion; and an engagement portion that is formed on an auxiliary rod and with which the spherical body can engage; and when hydraulic pressure is charged into the unclamp hydraulic pressure operating chamber and the piston member has reached its unclamp position, the valve body receives the hydraulic pressure, a portion of the spherical body engages to the engagement portion and the valve body changes over to the valve closed position; and, when the piston member has shifted from its unclamp position, the spherical body engages with the annular concave engagement portion without engaging to the engagement portion, so that the valve body is held in its open position.

Abstract: First and second annular valve faces that approach closely or contact against first and second annular valve seats on valve cases are formed on both the upper and the lower ends of an annular valve body portion of a main valve body, an air intake chamber is defined by a piston reception hole and a piston portion, and the auxiliary changeover valve changes over the main changeover valve between its air supply position and its air discharge position by supplying compressed air to the air intake chamber or discharging air therefrom. A center side portion of the main valve body is made as a separate auxiliary valve body. The sealing of a second valve member is released by the auxiliary valve body being rapidly shifted with low pressure compressed air, and thereby the main valve body is reliably changed over.

Abstract: A clamp device has a gripping member which is expandable and contractible and is inserted into an aperture in a workpiece and grips the aperture, a clamp rod including a tapered shaft portion that fits into the gripping member, and a drive means for driving the clamp rod forwards and backwards. Provided is a support mechanism that supports the gripping member by fluid pressure when the gripping member is radially expanded, and a fluid pressure release means that releases the fluid pressure of the support mechanism after radial expansion of the gripping member when the clamp rod is driven by the drive means to perform clamping. Abstract: A burden of exchanging ejector rods is reduced in an injection molding machine when exchanging rods during exchange of a die. A plurality of rod insertion holes are formed so as to pierce through a movable platen. A plurality of ejector rods are inserted into rod insertion holes so as to slide freely therein.
