    Abstract: A refitting mechanism for measuring a flatness value of a workpiece and refitting the workpiece includes a worktable, a refitting assembly, a measuring unit, and a controller. The refitting assembly is movably assembled to the worktable. The holding assembly is assembled to the worktable and adjacent to the refitting assembly for holding the workpiece on the worktable. The measuring unit is assembled to the refitting assembly. The controller is electrically connected to the refitting assembly, the holding assembly, and the measuring unit. The measuring unit measures a flatness value of the workpiece and transfers the flatness value to the controller. The controller compares the flatness value with a preset value range to determine whether the workpiece is qualified or not. When the workpiece is not qualified, the controller controls the holding assembly to hold the workpiece, and controls the refitting assembly to refit the workpiece.

    Abstract: A braking mechanism includes a rack, a receiving member, a braking member, a base seat, a resetting member and an elastic member. Two ends of the resetting member abut the base seat and the receiving member, and the elastic member is positioned between the base seat and the braking member. The elastic member and the resetting member are positioned at opposite sides of the braking member. The base seat includes a first guiding portion, the braking member includes a second guiding portion and an engaging part. The second guiding portion is capable of moving along the first guiding portion under an elastic restorative force of the resetting member and the elastic member, such that the engaging part is engaged with the rack.

    Abstract: A tool positioning and holding mechanism includes a mounting frame, a feed member, a tool support, a positioning member, an elastic member, and a blocking member. The feed member is slidably mounted on the mounting frame. The tool support is fixed on the feed member and defines a receiving hole to receive the tool. The positioning member is pivotally coupled to the tool support and partially received in the tool support. The elastic member is located between the positioning member and the tool support. The blocking member is fixed on the mounting frame and includes a pushing portion configured to resist the positioning member. The feed member can move the positioning member to allow detachment of the positioning member from the pushing portion, and upon detachment of the positioning member, the positioning member is configured to rotate under an elastic force of the elastic member to position the tool.

    Abstract: A workpiece holding device includes a main body having a groove and a bearing plate configured to receive a workpiece; an elastic member mounted in the groove at an angle relative to the bearing plate, and having an engaging portion protruding beyond the groove; and a resisting member having an inclined surface received in the groove. When the resisting member rises it forces the engaging portion of the elastic member to move toward the bearing plate, thus securing the workpiece when present.
