    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method and apparatus and a storage medium. The method includes: After obtaining a first identifier and a second identifier that uniquely identify a first device, the first device scrambles, by using the first identifier, checked data obtained through CRC check. After performing channel coding on to-be-transmitted data and scrambled checked data, the first device scrambles, by using the second identifier, coded data obtained through channel coding, and finally sends scrambled data. In this way, after receiving the scrambled data, a second device may perform descrambling by using the second identifier, and then perform CRC check, to determine whether the received data is correct and determine the first identifier of the first device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method and apparatus for determining a transport block size. The method includes: obtaining a target overhead value based on a target time-frequency resource and one or more of at least two overhead values, where the target time-frequency resource is used for uplink data transmission or downlink data transmission and includes one or more time-frequency resource units, and each overhead value is corresponding to at least one time-frequency resource unit; and determining a transport block size based on the target overhead value. It can be learned that, according to the method and apparatus for determining a transport block size provided in the embodiments of this application, a corresponding target overhead value may be determined for each of different target time-frequency resources. This is not only applicable to a scenario in which a dynamic time-frequency resource is scheduled, but also improves accuracy of determining the transport block size. Therefore, transmission performance is improved.

    Abstract: In accordance to embodiments, methods, devices, and systems for determining initial transmissions in grant-free transmissions are disclosed. A UE receives a resource configuration for grant-free (GF) transmissions. The resource configuration comprises a periodicity parameter (P), a repetition number (K), and a sequence of redundancy version (RV) numbers corresponding to one or more RV types. The periodicity parameter defines a period having K transmission occasions (TOs), and each of the KTOs is associated with one RV number in the sequence of RV numbers. The UE performs an initial GF transmission of data in a TO of the K TOs in the period defined by the periodicity parameter. The TO is associated with an RV number corresponding to RV0.

In one embodiment, a user equipment (UE) receives a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signal. The RRC signal specifies grant-free (GF) configuration information. The GF configuration information comprises an activation field and at least one other GF resource configuration field. The activation field indicates whether the UE may perform GF uplink (UL) transmissions without waiting for a downlink control information (DCI) message. Then, the UE performs a GF UL transmission in accordance with the GF configuration information in the RRC signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a communications system for performing data communication by using an unlicensed spectrum. In an embodiment, a base station determines to use an unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication, and sends mode request information to a terminal. The terminal receives the mode request message sent by the base station and determines, according to a preset configuration table, whether to use the unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication. When determining to use the unlicensed spectrum to perform data communication, the terminal sends a mode acknowledgement message to the base station. The base station receives the mode acknowledgement information sent by the terminal, and the terminal performs data communication in a first unlicensed frequency band with the base station.
