    摘要： The invention relates to a lancet, which has a lancet tip at a front end and which on an upper face comprises a contact surface for placing a test element thereon and at least one channel for receiving a sample, wherein an upwardly open section of the channel runs in the contact surface. According to the invention, the channel has another upwardly open channel section which runs on the upper face of the lancet in or adjacent to a surface area that is lower than the contact surface, wherein the contact surface is arranged between the lancet tip and the lower surface area. The invention further relates to a system comprising such a lancet and a test element, and to a method for transferring a liquid sample from a channel of a lancet which is designed as a groove or slot to a test element.

    摘要： The invention relates to a medical aid which comprises a lancet. The lancet is at least partially enclosed by a packaging that comprises a flexible film section. The lancet is arranged displaceably between upper and lower protective sections of the packaging. The flexible film section is detachably connected, along at least one segment of its first and second lateral edges, to an additional flexible film section or one of the protective sections. The flexible film section is connected to an additional flexible film section or one of the protective sections near the lancet tip via a detachable connection to enclose the lancet tip in the packaging. The proximal ends of the lower and upper protective sections can be bent apart to create an opening in the packaging at the detachable connection through which part of the lancet is pushed out from the packaging in the proximal direction.

The outer body or housing comprises deformable material which can be pierced by the lancet tip during a puncture operation to produce an outlet opening. The outlet opening can be widened during the puncture operation by a thickened or widened portion of the lancet body that at least partially protrudes through the opening. Other embodiments of the present invention include a pricking aid and/or lancet system provided as a magazine for holding a plurality of lancets.

The system may also include an analysis instrument having a puncturing drive for driving a puncturing element on a movement path, a mounting for receiving the magazine such that one chamber of the magazine at a time is located in a functional position, in which a puncturing element in the chamber can be moved by the puncturing drive, and a measuring and evaluation apparatus for measuring the change of the variable.
