摘要: An image reducing apparatus for obtaining a reduced image from an image of an original size has: a filter to execute a filtering process to the image of the original size every image block of a predetermined size; a discriminating circuit to discriminate a structure of the image block filter processed by the filter; a correcting circuit to correct an output of the filter in accordance with the discriminated structure; and a binarization unit to binarize the output of the filter. By executing the reduction suitable for the image content in consideration of the peripheral images of the object pixel to be reduced and the peripheral reduced images, a reduced image can be obtained without extinguishing the content of the image of the original size, and especially, without fading or losing the thin lines in the reduced image.

摘要: Disclosed is a fluorine-containing elastomer having a copolymerization composition containing (A) 72.8 to 74.0 mol % of tetrafluoroethylene, (B) 26.8 to 24.0 mol % of perfluoro(lower alkyl vinyl ether) or perfluoro(lower alkoxy-lower alkyl vinyl ether), and (C) 0.2 to 3.0 mol % of a perfluoro unsaturated nitrile compound, and having a Mooney viscosity ML1+10(121° C.) of 70 to 115. The fluorine-containing elastomer is compounded with a bisamidoxime compound, which is used as a vulcanizing agent, in an amount of 0.2 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the fluorine-containing elastomer to form a fluorine-containing elastomer composition. The vulcanizate of the composition, even when used under plasma irradiation conditions or at temperatures as high as 300° C., can prevent weight loss caused by plasma irradiation and exhibits excellent heat resistance at temperatures as high as 300° C. or more.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel ascorbic acid derivative as a provitamin C with improved stability in the body and prolonged life in the body compared to conventionally known 2-O-(α-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbic acid. The composition comprising the novel compound 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbic acid has been extracted from plants such as from Ningxia Lycium barbarum L. and/or Lycium chinense Mill. The compositions comprising 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbic acid may be enzymatically synthesized using β-D-glucosyltransferase. Pure 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbic acid may be produced from such compositions. Alternatively, 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbic acid may be produced by chemical synthesis. The 2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)ascorbic acid results in higher stability and a prolonged life of vitamin C when ingested in the body compared to the corresponding α-D-glucopyranosyl derivative, and is therefore highly suitable as a provitamin C to be used in cosmetics and foods.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a Mallotus philippinensis extract containing readily water soluble rottlerin. A further object of the present invention is to improve convenience at production steps in a method for producing such an extract, by avoiding the staining of filters and/or pipes during extraction and filtration to reduce washing costs, or by facilitating the introduction of freeze drying and so on. When a dye extract is extracted with water and alcohol from a Mallotus philippinensis plant body, the addition of a base component drastically improves the water solubility of the Mallotus philippinensis extract. This improves extraction rates of rottlerin, facilitates washing in the production and the pulverization of the extract, and also improves the water solubility of the obtained extract.
