    摘要: A hybrid processing system improves the reliability of multifeed detection even when plural different types of media are processed together without increasing the cost or size of the hybrid processing device due to increased performance, and without incurring a drop in throughput. In addition to image data captured from the processed media by an internal image reader, the hybrid processing device 1 also sends data for confirming multifeeding to the host computer 30. This multifeed confirmation data includes the result from a first multifeed detection process, the result from a second multifeed detection process, the paper length data detected by a paper length detection means 9, and the paper thickness data detected by a paper thickness detection means 65. The host computer 30 uses the image data and the multifeed confirmation data received from the hybrid processing device 1 to independently detect multifeeding, and thereby enables more reliable multifeed detection.

When a user instructs recording of a program he/she is watching, processing unit 110 transmits the program information read from program information storage unit 121 together with a search request, to recording apparatuses including a recording apparatuses 32. If a prescribed similarity relation is found between the received program information and recording history, the recording apparatus 32 notifies the program viewing apparatus 31 that it is eligible for recording the program. Based on the notice, program viewing apparatus 31 selects a recording apparatus optimal for recording the program.

    摘要: A substrate processing method which can reduce the number of particles to be left on each substrate is provided. In the substrate processing method, substrates W to be processed are dried, by using a fluid heated by a heating apparatus having one or more heating mechanisms. The substrate processing method comprises a first step of supplying a mixed fluid containing a gas and a processing liquid and heated by the heating apparatus, into a processing chamber in which the substrates to be processed are placed, and a second step of supplying the heated gas into the processing chamber. The output of at least one of the heating mechanisms is kept at a preset constant value for a period of time during which a predetermined time passes after the start of the first step. In the second step, the output of the heating mechanism is determined under a feed back control.

One end of the shaft is unitary with the rotor, and a cover member closes the other end. Between the sleeve upper-end face and the rotor undersurface a thrust bearing section is configured. Micro-gaps are formed continuing between the sleeve upper-end face and the rotor undersurface; the sleeve inner-circumferential surface and the shaft outer-circumferential surface; and the cover member inner face and the shaft end face, where an axial support section is established. Oil continuously fills the micro-gaps, configuring a full-fill hydrodynamic bearing structure. Hydrodynamic pressure-generating grooves in the radial bearing section are configured either so that no axial flow, or so that a unidirectional flow that recirculates from one to the other axial end of the radial bearing section through a communicating pathway is induced in the oil.
