摘要: Disclosed is an exchange system having an originating call restriction function comprising a unit for counting originating calls, a unit for counting incoming calls, a storage unit for storing a number (N.sub.o) or originating calls that can be accepted from accommodated subscribers (111) within a predetermined period, storage unit for storing a number (N.sub.i) of incoming calls that can be accepted within a predetermined period, and a unit for correcting the number of calls that can be accepted. The correction of the number of calls that can be accepted is effected by comparing the number (N.sub.i) of incoming calls that can be accepted and a number (N.sub.ai) of accepted incoming calls. When the difference between the number (N.sub.i) of incoming calls that can be accepted and the number (N.sub.ai) of accepted incoming calls is decreased below a predetermined value, the number (N.sub.o) of originating calls that can be accepted is decreased by a predetermined correcting value (.alpha.), and the number (N.sub.i) of incoming calls that can be accepted is increased by the correcting value (.alpha.), Whereby, when there is processing congestion, the incoming call restriction level is relaxed and the originating call restriction level is increased. 7

摘要: A process and an apparatus for separating industrially a large amount of a biopolymer-containing sample by ion-exchange type column chromatography using the gradient elution method, wherein at least two precursor liquids for a mobile phase from liquid baths 3a and 3b are introduced into a mixing device 14 while the flow rate thereof is controlled over a wide range to obtain a mobile phase liquid. The mobile phase liquid thus obtained is introduced into the columns 1a and 1b so that the sample is separated in the columns and the biopolymer is collected in a fraction collector 6. The columns 1a and 1b are alternately regenerated.

摘要: A method and apparatus for laying a pipeline in the underground. First, a pilot pipeline of small diameter is laid in the underground between a departure pit and an arrival pit. A cutter head having a cutter drum mounted thereto is attached to the trailing end of the pilot pipeline. By rotating the cutter drum, earth and sand is excavated and taken in inside the cutter drum where earth and sand is converted into a slurry state by injecting therein water through a water supply pipe mounted to the pilot pipeline. The slurried earth and sand is then discharged through a slurry discharge pipe mounted to the pilot pipeline to a tank provided in the arrival pit. By actuating a propulsion jack installed in the departure pit, the cutter head is propelled into the underground and then a pipe to be laid is connected to the rear end of the cutter head. By repeating the excavation and the propulsion steps, a pipeline of a larger diameter is laid in the underground.

摘要: The driving system which drives and rotates a flexible-disc to and from which information is written in and read out by means of a magnetic head. On the top of a driving hub the flexible-disc is attached in a detachable manner, and at the bottom part of the driving hub a driving axle is directly connected coaxially. The lower end of this driving axle itself forms the rotating axle of a direct current magnetic motor. The rotation of this motor is controlled by a rotating speed controlling system so as to rotate at speed identical to any given designated velocity.

摘要: A method of reproducing in an electrostatic copying apparatus a portion of an entire master pattern comprised of toner deposited on an electrostatic latent image onto a reproducing medium. The reproducing medium, itself, is an insulative sheet material which has a copy surface on which the selected portions will be reproduced. At least one first transparent conductive film is deposited on the back side of the copy surface of the sheet material in the area corresponding to the portion of the master pattern which will not be reproduced, and at least one second transparent conductive film is deposited along only one end of the sheet material on the same side of the material as the first conductor film. Finally, a third transparent conductive film connects the first and second films to each other. The method of producing on this reproducing medium begins by feeding one end of the sheet material opposite the end containing the second conductive film into the electrostatic copier. The copy surface of the insulative sheet material is contacted by the entire toner-coated electrostatic latent image, and the toner is electrostatically transferred to the copying surface of the sheet material in all areas except those corresponding to the conductive film on the back side of the sheet material.

摘要: The present invention provides vinyl chloride-based resin aggregate particles capable of providing a plastisol with excellent non-infiltrating property and favorable sagging property, a method for producing the same, and a glove using the same. The vinyl chloride-based resin aggregate particles of the present invention have a mean volume particle diameter of 10 to 60 μm, and the percentage of particles having a particle diameter of 10 to 60 μm is at least 50 vol %. The moisture absorption coefficient is 1.5 wt % or less when being retained for 24 hours under conditions of 30° C. and a relative humidity of 97.0±0.4%. A plastisol comprising 100 weight parts of the vinyl chloride-based resin aggregate particles and 160 weight parts of di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate satisfies a relationship of 3≦η70/η40≦1000. Further, in the vinyl chloride-based resin aggregate particles of the present invention, the number of voids having a void size of 1.0 μm or more per one aggregate particle is less than 5.0, and the percentage of particles having a particle diameter of 1.0 μm or less after ultrasonic treatment is less than 3.0 vol %.
