    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for establishing a backhaul link, a base station, a relay node and a system, and relate to the field of wireless communications, where the method includes: establishing a connection between a first user equipment part and a first base station; instructing a relay node and a second base station to establish a connection between a second user equipment part and the second base station, where the second base station switches a connection between the second user equipment part and the second base station over to a backhaul link; and switching the connection between the first base station and the first user equipment part over to a backhaul link.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell handover method and a device. so that the target eNB uses a current serving small node as a user plane serving node after UE is handed over and uses the target eNB as a control plane serving node after the UE is handed over; receiving a handover request acknowledgment sent by the target eNB; and sending offloading configuration information of the current serving small node to the current serving small node, and sending RRC reconfiguration information of the UE to the UE, so that offloading configuration is performed separately by the current serving small node and the UE. This avoids a problem that in a cell handover process, a transmission resource required for transmission increases and a delay is relatively great because the current serving small node forwards a large amount of data to the target eNB.

    Abstract: An integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node switching method, including: receiving, by a third IAB node, a node switching command from a source donor node, where the node switching command is used to indicate a parent node of the third IAB node to switch to a second node, the source donor node is a control node of the third IAB node, the first node is a source parent node of the third IAB node, the first node is a donor node or another IAB node, and the second node is a donor node or another IAB node; and switching, by the third IAB node, to the second node, and sending, by the third IAB node, first indication information to a child node of the third IAB node, where the first indication information indicates the child node to interrupt transmission with the third IAB node.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, first synchronization source configuration information on a first carrier; determining, a first synchronization source based on the first synchronization source configuration information; determining that synchronization with the first synchronization source fails; determining a second synchronization source and a transmission resource; and transmitting data on a second carrier using the determined transmission resource and based on the second synchronization source, where the first synchronization source is used to provide the UE with a synchronization clock required for transmitting the data on the second carrier, and a frequency of the first carrier is different from a frequency of the second carrier.
