The present invention relates to a communication method of an in-vehicle communication apparatus in a wireless communication system, and an apparatus therefor. One embodiment of the present invention comprises: establishing, by a communication apparatus, a connection with a base station; allocating, by the base station, an uplink resource for use in transmission of location information of a vehicle before the location information is transmitted; and if the communication apparatus is required to transmit an emergency signal to the base station, transmitting the emergency signal using the allocated uplink resource.

Disclosed are a communication performing method and terminal, and the method is a method by which a terminal with dual connectivity performs communication in a heterogeneous cell environment, in which: a first reporting message reporting that a downlink signal is received from a small cell in an intensity greater than a threshold value is transmitted to a macro cell; an RRC establishment message indicating a connection to a small cell cluster is received from the macro cell; connections are added to a plurality of small cells included in the small cell cluster according to additional time information included in the RRC establishment message; and the connections to the plurality of added small cells are respectively activated according to activation connection time information included in the RRC establishment message, and the small cell cluster is determined on the basis of information on a location relationship among the plurality of small cells.

A method for and apparatus for controlling transmission power in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device checks a duration in which a plurality of radio access technologies (RATs) for uplink resources overlaps, determines whether the transmission power of the UE is greater than a maximum power restriction of the UE in the duration, and controls power of at least one RAT based on priorities of the plurality of RATs so that the transmission power of the UE is under the maximum power restriction of the UE. Thus, dynamic and efficient transmission power is supported.

A method for performing tracking area (TA) update by a UE in a cloud radio access network (C-RAN) includes: receiving at least one of neighbor radio remote unit (RRU) information and neighbor baseband unit (BBU) information from a primary BBU; setting a TA based on the received information and characteristics of the UE; and transmitting information on the set TA to the primary BBU during a radio resource control (RRC) connection release procedure.

Disclosed are a terminal and a CSI feedback method of a terminal, comprising the steps of: classifying cells into one or more cell groups on the basis of cell IDs of the cells set in a terminal; selecting a representative cell representing other cells belonging to each cell group; and transmitting a CSI feedback on the cells belonging to each cell group to at least one of a macro cell and a small cell connected to the terminal by using the representative cell selected in each cell group.

The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for performing timing synchronization in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the present invention is characterized in that resources for D2D communication and resources for performing cellular communication are identified, and resource information for the D2D communication is determined considering the number of D2D terminals and a cell size of a base station, has different frequency and time domains according to D2D terminals, and includes different time offset values. Accordingly, the present invention prevents, in advance, the generation of interference according to the D2D communication.

A method and apparatus for establishing a session in a wireless communication system is provided. According to the present invention, a session of a 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) long-term evolution (LTE) system or a session of a Wi-Fi system can be established for user plane (U-plane) switch in a converged system of the 3GPP LTE system and the Wi-Fi system. After performing U-plane switch, an entity of the LTE system may suspend (deactivate) and release radio bearers mapped to all of evolved packet system (EPS) bearer related to U-plane.

A method and apparatus for establishing a session of a cellular system in a wireless communication system is provided. According to embodiments of the present invention, the establishment of the session of the cellular system may be triggered by a network when a session of a Wi-Fi system already exists. By using the session of the cellular system and the session of the Wi-Fi system, simultaneous transmission through the cellular system and the Wi-Fi system can be achieved.

A method and apparatus for establishing a session in a wireless communication system is provided. An entity of a primary radio access technology (RAT) system receives measurement results on the primary RAT system and a secondary RAT system from a multi-RAT device, determines a routing rule and a routing type for bearers which are appropriate for simultaneous transmission through the primary RAT system and the secondary RAT system, based on quality of service (QoS) and the measurement results, and transmits a routing control request message to a packet data network (PDN) gateway (P-GW). The routing control request message includes identifiers (IDs) of the bearers which are appropriate for simultaneous transmission, the routing type for each bearer, and the routing rule for each bearer.
