    摘要： An improved toner comprises a binder resin comprising a urea-modified polyester resin; a colorant master batch comprising a colorant; a resin; and a pigment dispersant. The toner is prepared by a method comprising dissolving or dispersing toner compositions including a modified polyester resin capable of forming the urea-modified polyester resin and the colorant master batch in an organic solvent to provide a liquid; dispersing the liquid in an aqueous medium including resin fine particles while reacting the modified polyester resin with at least one of a crosslinker and an elongation agent to provide particles; and washing the particles after removing the organic solvent therefrom.

    摘要： A torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus provided between a driving source and a transmission and transmitting torque from the driving source to the transmission, the apparatus absorbing fluctuations in the torque and limiting a maximum value of the torque, the apparatus includes a flywheel, a supporting member, a first plate having a sliding surface, a second plate having a sliding surface, a disc spring supported by the supporting member and biasing one of the first and second plates towards the other one thereof, a friction material sandwiched tightly between the sliding surface of the first plate and the sliding surface of the second plate, a damper mechanism connected to the friction material and transmitting the torque from the driving source to an input shaft of the transmission, and a cover member demarcating the sliding surfaces of the first and second plates from an exterior of the torque fluctuation absorbing apparatus.

    摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a polishing method for producing, in a relatively short period of time, a tubular brittle material having an inner surface of high surface precision with a maximum roughness Rmax of 0.1 μm or smaller and a center line average roughness Ra of 0.01 μm or smaller, and to provide a tubular brittle material with high precision using said polishing method. The polishing method according to the invention is characterized by that the inner surface of the tubular material being pre-cut into a tubular shape using a honing machine is further polished with a sheet material having diamond abrasives attached thereon. Also claimed is a tubular brittle material obtained by said polishing method.

    摘要： In association with a solenoidal coil 10 being energized to unlock a shift lever 1C, a first movable core 9 and a second movable core 11 magnetically stick together so as to rotationally move in unison from an original position in which the first movable core 9 engages with the second movable core 11. Because the first movable core 9 and the second movable core 11 stick together before unlocking the shift lever 1C, it is possible to avoid the first movable core 9 from hitting the second movable core 11 so as to eliminate an operational noise. A lock plate 7 and a link plate 8 are rotatably provided around a rotational center 6 in relative to the solenoidal coal 10. This prevents the lock plate 7 and the link plate 8 from moving rotationally in unison with the solenoidal coil 10 so as to insure a smooth and quick rotational movement.
