摘要: A light detecting device is fabricated to have the following structure: a light receiving element having a protective layer, in which a transparent conductive electrode, a semiconductor layer, an electrode and the protective layer are successively formed on a transparent substrate, is arranged on a first face of an insulating substrate having a terminal electrode formed to be exposed to first and second faces of the insulating substrate in such a manner that the protective layer is opposed to the first face of the insulating substrate; and further the transparent conductive electrode and the electrode are connected electrically to the terminal electrode exposed to the first face of the insulating substrate. The light detecting device having this structure is surface-mounted on a circuit board to connect the terminal electrode exposed to the second face of the insulating substrate to an external terminal of the circuit board.

摘要: In a current driver, a gate of a first generating transistor, gates of K driving transistors, and a gate of a second generating transistor are connected to a gate line in this order. A first differential amplifier outputs a voltage determined according to the difference between a voltage from a first supply node and a voltage at the drain of the first generating transistor. A second differential amplifier outputs a voltage determined according to the difference between a voltage from a second supply node and a voltage at the drain of the second generating transistor. The gate of the first generating transistor receives the output of the first differential amplifier. The gate of the second generating transistor receives the output of the second differential amplifier.

摘要: An engine mounting device for connecting an engine with a body of a vehicle through a bumper cushion comprises a first support member connected to the engine, a stopper integrally formed with the first support member, an elastic member integrally formed with the first support member, a second support member connected to the body and a stopper holder integrally formed with the second support member for restricting a movement of the stopper. When the vehicle has an impact, either the stopper or the stopper holder is broken, thereby the engine is disconnected from the body to protect an occupant.

摘要: A partitioning member is disposed within an outer cylinder metal fitting. A space which is defined by the partitioning member and an elastic body forms a main liquid chamber. The main liquid chamber and a first auxiliary liquid chamber are disposed with the partitioning member therebetween. A shake orifice and an idle orifice are formed at the partitioning member and the idle orifice is opened and closed by a rotor. A second diaphragm is disposed at the first auxiliary liquid chamber side and a clearance between the second diaphragm and the lower surface of the partitioning member forms a second auxiliary liquid chamber. When shake vibration which is low frequency vibration is generated, the vibration is damped and absorbed by the shake orifice. When idle vibration is generated, the idle orifice is opened and the high frequency vibration is absorbed.

摘要: A mask sewing device comprises a pair of sewing machines which are fixed to a working table, being arranged left and right thereon in such a way as to face each other, and are operated in synchronism with each other, a pair of belts provided apart from each other on the working table by a given interval, each belt extending between the mask cloth feeding side and mask cloth sending-out side of the working table and a feeding unit for driving the belts in the normal and reverse directions, wherein the sewing machines can concurrently sew the folded end portions of the mask cloth at both sides thereof respectively, the mask cloth being inserted into the interval from the feeding side. Since the mask cloth is sewn by a pair of sewing machines while belts are driven normally and reversely by a feeding unit to feed the folded mask cloth forward and backward on the working table, it is possible to efficiently sew a mask of high quality in which stitch lines on both sides thereof are uniform and symmetrical to each other without veteran skill. As a result, it is possible to make practiceable the sewing processes in a sewing factory.

摘要: A vibration isolating apparatus includes: a first mounting member; a second mounting member; an elastic body interposed between the first mounting member and the second mounting member; a main liquid chamber filled with a liquid; a first sub-liquid chamber separated from the main liquid chamber by a partition wall member interposed between the main liquid chamber and the first sub-liquid chamber, at least a portion of an inner wall of the first sub-liquid chamber being provided to be deformable; a first orifice formed in the partition wall member and provided for communication between the main liquid chamber and the first sub-liquid chamber; a second sub-liquid chamber formed in the partition wall member so as to face the main liquid chamber; an elastic membranous body formed into the shape of a membrane and provided to separate the main liquid chamber and the second sub-liquid chamber from each other; and a second orifice provided for communication between the first sub-liquid chamber and the second sub-liquid chamber and provided such that a transit resistance of a liquid in the second orifice is smaller than that in the first orifice. This makes it possible to reliably reduce vibrations in a range from low frequencies to high frequencies.

摘要: A vibration isolating apparatus which damps and absorbs vibrations from a vibration generating portion. A first restricting passage, a second restricting passage and a third restricting passage are formed in a block member. Respective transit resistances of these restricting passages are different. One end portion of the first restricting passage is provided so as to be able to communicate with a main liquid chamber, and another end portion communicates with a sub-liquid chamber. One end portion of the second restricting passage is provided so as to be able to communicate with the main liquid chamber, and another end portion has an open portion. One end portion of the third restricting passage communicates with the sub-liquid chamber, and another end portion communicates with the second restricting passage. A rotor is rotated to a first position at which the main liquid chamber and the sub-liquid chamber communicate via the first restricting passage and to a second position at which the second restricting passage communicates with the main liquid chamber. In accordance with the invention, liquid passes through the first, second and third restricting passages, and moves reciprocally between the main liquid chamber and one of the sub-liquid chamber and the second restricting passage in accordance with frequency of vibration. Accordingly, vibrations of a wide range of frequencies can be absorbed.
