    摘要: An apparatus for removing particulate matter is provided which is able to lower a temperature to burn particulate matter. The apparatus for removing particulate matter burns and removes the particulate matter emitted from an internal combustion engine, and comprises a perovskite-type complex oxide which is represented by the general formula ABO3 where B is a metal having a valence of +3 or more. The metal having a valence of +3 or more for B of the general formula comprises at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Ni, Cu, Ag, and Au. The perovskite-type complex oxide comprises at least one complex oxide selected from the group consisting of LaMn(III)O3, LaSrMn(III)O3, and LaCo(III)O3. The perovskite-type complex oxide supports Pt or Pd.

A data writing device 67 including a memory interface 41 and a coil 43 for writing data into the cartridge EEPROM 21 is provided in each of retail stores 40a, 40b. . . . When the consumer purchases the ink cartridge 19, purchase data and the like are written into the cartridge EEPROM 21 through the transparent window 45 of the package 50 by electromagnetic induction between the coil 37 and the coil 43. A printer 5 reads out data from the cartridge EEPROM 21 when the ink cartridge 19 is fitted thereto, and when no purchase data exists, the printer is not allowed to operate for printing.

    摘要: In a piezo-electric driver for an ink jet recording head, conductive layers are laminated as an active region in a piezo-electric plate except the front and rear end portions thereof to provide front and rear inactive portions, a pressure facilitating front end plate and a vibrator coupling rear end plate are fixedly mounted on the front and rear inactive portions, respectively, and the front end portion of the piezo-electric plate together with the front end plate are cut at predetermined intervals into pieces, namely, piezo-electric units, which depress the vibrating boards of the ink jet recording head wide to cause the parallel displacement of the vibrating boards thereby effectively pressing the ink in the pressure chamber.
