The heat recovery equipment includes a power generation plant that drives a steam turbine by superheated steam produced in a boiler, and an exhaust-gas treatment line that treats flue gas output from the boiler. The exhaust-gas treatment line includes a first air preheater, a heat extractor unit, and a dry electrostatic precipitator. The power generation plant includes a condensed water line. The condensed water line includes a condenser, a condensed water heater, and a low-pressure feedwater heater. The condensed water heater heats water condensed by the condenser with the heat recovered by the heat extractor unit.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for removing mercury in exhaust gas, in which mercury in exhaust gas discharged from combustion equipment is removed, characterized by including a mercury oxidation process in which mercury in the exhaust gas is converted to mercury chloride in the presence of a catalyst; a contact process in which the exhaust gas is brought into contact with an absorbing solution in a scrubber to absorb and remove mercury components from the exhaust gas; and a control process in which blowing of air or addition of an oxidizing agent into the scrubber is accomplished, and the amount of blown air or the added amount of oxidizing agent is regulated to control the oxidation-reduction potential of the absorbing agent, and a system for removing mercury in exhaust gas. According to the mercury removing method in accordance with the present invention, a phenomenon that mercury chloride is reduced into metallic mercury by SO2 etc. and the metallic mercury scatters in the exhaust gas can be prevented, and mercury in the exhaust gas can be decreased effectively.

    摘要: A hydraulic pump includes a cylinder block having a cylinder, a rotor rotatable in the cylinder, and a vane movable in a radial direction of the rotor and biased to the rotor. The vane, the cylinder, and the rotor thereamong define an operation chamber. The rotor draws fluid into the operation chamber and sends the fluid outside the operation chamber. The vane is urged to the rotor according to differential pressure between pressure of fluid at high-pressure in the operation chamber and pressure of fluid at low-pressure in the operation chamber. The vane and the rotor define a hardness ratio being calculated by dividing hardness of the vane by hardness of the rotor, and the hardness ratio is greater than or equal to 1.6.

    摘要: A fluid machine includes a stationary scroll member and a movable scroll member. A second tooth portion of the movable scroll member is arranged to be revolved with respect to a first tooth portion of the stationary scroll member and to form an operating chamber between the movable scroll member and the stationary scroll member. The operating chamber is changeable in accordance with a revolution of the movable scroll member to be defined between two sliding contact portions, and is dividable into first and second operating chambers. The second tooth portion is provided with a passage portion through which an introducing port for introducing a fluid to the operating chamber communicates with the second operating chamber when the introducing port communicates with the first operating chamber. The passage portion disconnects the introducing port from the second operating chamber when the introducing port is disconnected from the first operating chamber.
