摘要： Disclosed herein is a built-up type box-shaped steel column for filling concrete therein, that can be formed easily and economically in a built-up scheme by using ┐-beams and steel plates, and a method for manufacturing the same that includes bonding a steel plate at the inner surface of a ┐-shapes during a process of making a built-up type box-shaped steel column, thereby having a good resistance against a lateral pressure of concrete filled in the steel column and preventing the bonded portion from being exposed to the outside to provide a better outer appearance. The built-up type box-shaped steel column for filling concrete therein, includes: a ┐-shapes disposed at each of the four corners of a box-shaped steel column to be formed; and a steel plate disposed between the ┐-shapes adjacent to each other for connecting the ┐-shapes with each other.

摘要： The present invention provides an “in vivo and in vitro real-time bioluminescence imaging means,” which can transmit a detection signal promptly in response to an external signal, while taking advantage of a single-molecule-format luminescent probe as a bioluminescent means.The present invention is characterized by using, as a single-molecule-format luminescent probe utilizing the increase and decrease of a second messenger level as an index, a fusion protein including a single-chain protein containing a second messenger recognition protein and optionally a peptide which is capable of binding with the protein, and linked respectively to the N-terminus and the C-terminus thereto, an N-terminal fragment (N-LE) and a C-terminal fragment (C-LE) generated by dissecting a luminescent enzyme (LE). A single-molecule-format luminescent probe could be provided, which makes it possible to observe light emission (extinction) in vivo as well as in vitro, as a result of a conformational change of the second messenger recognition protein induced by the binding (unbinding) with a second messenger, and the subsequent association or dissociation between the N-LE and the C-LE flanked at both termini of the recognition protein.

摘要： According to an example embodiment of the present invention, the microelectronic cleaning agent may include a fluoride component, an acid component, a chelating agent, a surfactant and water. Example embodiments of the present invention provide a microelectronic cleaning agent which can selectively remove, for example, a high-k dielectric layer. The microelectronic cleaning agent includes from about 0.001 weight % to about 10 weight % of a fluoride component, from about 0.001 weight % to about 30 weight % of an acid component, from about 0.001 weight % to about 20 weight % of a chelating agent, from about 0.001 weight % to about 10 weight % of a surfactant, and water (H2O). The water may comprise the remainder of the cleaning agent. According to another embodiment of the present invention, a method of fabricating a semiconductor device using the microelectronic cleaning agent is also provided.
