The sample inside the outer glass tube is heated by the heater, to sublime organic molecules of the sample contained in the glass bottle. The outer glass tube is provided with a temperature gradient, so that organic molecule vapor is cooled near the other end in the outer glass tube, and is recrystallized inside the inner glass tube.
